There has to be a special place in hell for the filthy money grubbers. To yank away a family home and allow them to take nothing is plain and simple robbery. It's the same all over the world. There is a special place in hell fire for those that turn out families. Thanks for the great although heart breaking video. Look forward to the next one. Please stay safe.
i gave up my job to care for my mother i had a 12p rise n yet the government had thousands in rise if im meant to live on an extra12p why cant they? i know what you mean
I mean unless there is also a special place in hell for all the people who take out debts and refuse to pay them back then I don’t think bankers go to hell for foreclosing on deadbeats ?! Like you stole their money to buy things then refused to pay it back?! I think god is fair enough where either both (but likely neither) would go to hell for those actions
Great house! It is so sad they lost their home and all their belongings. I’m sure there were lots of love for years. So sad. We never know what exactly our futures will bring, so we need to be thankful everyday for what we have. Great explore as always keep up the good work snd as always stay safe. Love to u, Lisa and Dale.❤️❤️❤️❤️
Having cleared two houses by myself I can tell you possessions can become an expensive problem to deal with especially when you are numb with grief. The parents might have died and the children can’t face the memories they will come across or they can’t agree who gets what, who knows it’s still a shame to see things get ruined. Enjoy the explores thanks for sharing 👍🏻
My parents went through bankruptcy in the late 70s and I had bankruptcy in 1990. We were allowed to keep personal belongings, pictures and many things. Not sure why everything in this house was left behind. :( So horrible. :(
I've read a few comments on this one and I'm sorry to say I'm dismayed. My good friend works for Bank and assures me that there is absolutely no way they can force people to leave personal belongings legally or otherwise. Photographs and personal belongings such as clothes and other object's of a very personal nature cannot be taken even by debt recovery companies. There would be no logic to banks keeping those sort of belongings from the owner. Really, so people think they can just say right! You're in debt so we're keeping your Photographs of your children from you. Behave and think logically will you. Something else made them leave that sort of belongings behind.
It does depend on the company. My friend had her house repossessed, and was only given a few hours to pack things up and remove them. So if you're already skint and can't afford removal help, you can lose a great deal.
@@mrsadams5175 yes, of course. But when it comes down to eviction.... She was made to leave immediately. Then given a date the following week to collect belongings in a four hour window
Well, if people are getting in to the house exploring, surely some of the family (if there are any) could have come back and taken what was important to them once the dust had settled…
Hi Adam, as always enjoyed your explore, though sad to hear that they were evicted. "ER" stands for Elizabeth Regina - the queen, as you said, the royals. ( Not the excellent group also known as Queen lol) The fireplace was Deco design circulation about 1930-40's. Love your channel and stay safe. In my experience too, any creepy houses that show orbs in photos or film will have activity. 👍☮️🙏☘️🌻🎥
It was a nice house at one point!! Such a shame they lost everything. I hope someone see this and know the old owners so they can get some of the Photo's and Slide's! Love to Lisa and Dale, miss seeing them! Cheer's and thank you for another interesting Explore Adam. Stay Safe
I understand that when there is a bankruptcy you are to leave things behind, but surely not the family photos!? They are worth no monetary value, but to the family they are priceless. So strange! Thanks for taking us along!
Friends of mine went bankrupt and they had to leave the piano behind that was heartbreaking for their daughter who loved playing it and the piano was never replaced .
So heartbreaking seeing everything trashed, that was once someone’s home, seeing all the family photos and someone has just gone in and ran sacked the house, always saddens me and also very sad that they possibly got evicted from their home and had to leave all their items behind including prescous photos, shame their aren’t any family members that can retrieve some of the items Atleast the photos, if they tried going back they would see that they could get access to some of the items. Yet another beautiful home going to waste when we have a housing crisis aswell. The big developers no doubt will come in and build on everything to make their millions. Thankyou for the video.
I believe the ER stands for Elizabeth Regina (Regina meaning Queen). I'm a new explorer who just found your channel, working my way through your backlog now. Im loving this!
Another great video adam..you do such a great job narrating everything as you look thru these houses. You do alot better then all the other explorers..be safe since you do this alone alot of time..love the accent.
Hi Adam. Another wonderful explore. How sad that this family fell on hard times and lost their home. Wish they could have worked something out with the people who held their mortgage. Such a shame with all of the children the hard. Take care and be careful out here. Tell Lisa and Dale hello for me. See you next week! 💗
Yes definitely 70s vibe Mother nature doesn't take long to do her thing..couldn't believe it when you said what's E.R 🤔 it's our wonderful Queen.. Elizabeth Regina ❤ 🇬🇧
I got so use to seeing Dale with you all the time that it seems weird to not have seen him that much. Great house. So sad that memories are left behind. Thank you for taking us along.
A bank will only have a claim on a property if there is a mortgage on it. If it is mortgaged the bank (mortgage lender) will want to get their money to cover the remaining mortgage balance. If this is the case, and a property has been repossessed due to arrears, the lender will appoint an asset manager who will clear the property and market it. The occupant(s) would have the opportunity to take possessions with them. A property with an outstanding mortgage will never be left to go to ruins. A bank would never have a claim on a property that is mortgage free, so properties like this one have no outstanding debts to a lender.
Funny. Was thinking the same thing. What got me were the passports. How can they go anywhere without them? Makes no sense. Seems there's something fishy in Denmark (or rather England).
This is a 1950s house(early/mid 50s) - the walls are plane(was the case in a lot of council type houses built then; the idea might have come from that) - red tiled roof looks right for that age, the chimney stacks look similar and the windows - the 2 garages may have been added a bit later on(rare if they were built the same time as the house)! Must have done well for many years then fell on hardship(might have been a relative who got into bankruptcy)!
So sad to see this happen to any family but these were obviously older people with mostly young adults kids. Unfortunately bankruptcy gives you no choice but to take a few personal items only at fairly short notice, as the bank own everything now. The ropes hanging down in the workshop would have been to hang small body parts of a car to spray paint. Great little house Adam, sad it's been turned over. Thanks and Hi to Lisa 💕🇦🇺
Mrs H ... Cos these people landed on bad time and where told to leave it doesn't make sense for the house to be left to rot.... And I can't understand why people have to go in and trash the place .... Great explore as usual Adam...👍🇬🇧
Great way to wake up on a lazy Sunday morning! I'm from the US and love it when you talk about "bits and bobs," it makes me smile 😊 Thanks for another great video!!
I don’t think that house has been hit by vandals, if the family were in a rush to get out, then surely they would have ransacked that place themselves. Love your videos. Xx
How really sad. What good has it done anyone; the family, the creditors or the banks, to throw a family out of their home, especially where there are children, for it just to end up in this state? Obviously there has been no financial return on this for anyone. And all those personal belongings left behind. What a shame and absolutely scandalous of banks. No matter what though, I would never leave anywhere without my children's photos and memories of their childhood. I find that strange. Another great one Adam!
That was awesome even tho its not as old as you usually explore still enjoyed seeing it! Thank you for taking us along! Much love from Henderson Ga USA
I love how u find things have a look then move on to the next items. And I love how u move from item to item and don’t disrespect there personal items by sniffing through everything and going through everything. What u do find u look then move on. I love it l love your exploring especially when your on your own. ❤❤
Always love seeing what's left behind. All of the belongings and family photos. But love how natural you are always, you're so fun and laid back. Love your channel, thanks again 👌✌❤🙏
I feel the home had a mum, dad and middle aged son living there. Mum and dad passed away leaving their mechanic son alone. He couldn’t keep up with the house and his business failed 😣 leaving the poor bloke bankrupt
May, Be, You might be right... If that was the Case, Why kick someone out of there home & let the home rot... Who ever the house belongs to, Are just letting it rot.. For reasons the land will be worth more & the house will be demolished...
I saw in the comments that another urban explorer had been in before you (about 3 weeks ago) the difference is incredible. Sadly people have been in inbetween his and your explore and have trashed the place, particularly the main bedroom the dressing table has been moved and loads of stuff put all over the bed - which wasn't there previously. Obviously people have been in looking for the goodies and taken them, so sad - more sad they don't have a conscience about doing so. Loving your explores have become a bit addicted. I think I should have been an estate agent - love looking around properties new and old!
Great explore....those photo slides would have captured my attention, too. Pity when such memories, that people have gone to the trouble of saving for multiple generations, get forgotten and left behind. Keep up the great work!
This really breaks my heart for sure. My parents had a similar situation back in 2008 , they lost their big Victorian home to the bank defaulted on the mortgage because my dad got injured and disabled and couldn’t work anymore . They had that house as their second that they actually worked hard for and grafted to raise us three brothers and my sister. I fought the bank and although lost I managed to get their possessions and furniture etc out and managed to get them on the council housing register and a disabled property. I wasn’t having any of the banks bs . Unfortunately like this property if they had their way the bank would have had everything including contents of my parents house. I took the bank to court on the grounds of inhumane treatment and harassment and false pretences eg they didn’t disclose the fine print and the new contract and my parents signed it without understanding it .
This house probably is stunning back in the day, but it having been upgraded , big home indeed, sadly to see people are gone though the house and mess the place up, lovely home indeed, thank you for sharing.
I wonder what they we're afraid of that they would have knives all over the house weird....and they disappeared without a trace .A good video makes a mind wonder 🤔.See you next week... Stand Strong and Stay Safe.❤️💯
What a wonderful home - surrounded by such lush green land 💖😌 I got a nice vibe from this home, and can only imagine how gorgeous the house and land must look on a sunny summer day. Thanks as always Adam for another lovely explore 😊💖
Adam you lovely, just go careful when you're stood under a dripping ceiling, wet/damaged plaster can come down at anytime! Cheers for another great video
Money is the root of evil, god bless them, love them and keep them safe, thanks for you're find respectful as always, they probably worked hard all their lives and fell on hard times👍❤️
Loved that. What a lovely place. Such a shame idiots ransack the place. I don’t understand bank kicking them out to just leave it to decay, what a terrible shame. It’s was a well loved home. Thanks for taking me along. Please stay safe and take care
As much as I love your videos Adam I'm always upset about family photos left behind. I've been doing my family tree for many years and would have loved some photos of grandparents and great grand parents. i just hope that it will be possible for family members to retrieve photos and paperwork. Breaks my heart that a family lost not just their home but everything they accumulated over many years. What do people get out of trashing a home in this way. Moronic behaviour.
hi Adam, thanks so much! It was a beautiful home in its day. I don't know why they left all those photos behind. Thanks for your beautiful photography!.
Assuming that it was the Mortgage Company/Bank that foreclosed, it's upsetting that they haven't cleaned the place out and resold it to recover any money that was owing to them. Nice house and so sad that the people lost their home and belongings.
Looking at the old workshop with lathe and pillar drills, I would say not a car mechanic but a mechanical engineer, agricultural engineer possibly in rural location?
Nearly every house you explore you will find a doll of some sorts! Good old Sindy this time! It's definitely a shame it's got like this, people don't respect these properties except for you of course. Another cracking find Adam. It would be something if this house could be saved. So many people needing homes.
Why would such a current home be left with so many personal possessions? The Hummel statutes on the fireplace are worth a lot of money 💰 and I believe I saw a glass that etched on the outside said 1983 🤷♀️ a shame to leave photos! It’s bittersweet watching your lovely videos ! Be safe✌️🇱🇹☀️🥰
Hi Adam. I finally got the chance to get to watch this explore. It is amazing how people can come in and just go take what ever they want. I hate that . You think they could at least be a little respectful and not throw things everywhere. Just ticks me off. I can understand taking the pictures maybe because of the military aspect of history but that’s it . But it was a wonderful explore. Now I’m on to watch the latest of your videos. Take care. 📸🕰📸🕰📸🥰🥰🥰💯💯💯💯
@@patch6751 I understand that you would be stealing in a sense but, here’s my thoughts pictures of our war heroes should be saved and that person as a war hero should be remembered for as long as possible. I feel we lose so much of the history and lives of these amazing selfless people and if there photos can be saved and shown somehow then they should . I don’t know if you understand what I’m trying to say it’s hard for me to put it into words . I just think it’s so sad and it hurts my heart that this happens. I don’t condone stealing, but they left them because of one reason or another and it’s just a shame. Can you understand why I feel the need to save them?
@@patch6751 I’m sorry if I’ve got you upset over this that you felt the need to attack me over . From know on I’ll keep my thoughts on things to myself instead of putting them out on here that way I won’t be attached. You have a nice life and please don’t reply I just don’t need the drama. But I do love Adams videos.
A beautiful time-capsule! But I'm only asking me WHY?? What's happened there. Very insane but also suspect! Cool video thanks for sharing! The figures who shows a little girl and a little boy on the fireplace in the living room are very expensive. They are handmade porcelaine and handpainted from Germany. Every figure is a unique pices. My Granny has had such figures too. Some of this figures are in a worth of many hundred or some exspecially thousands of dollars. The company who made this doesn't exist anymore.
A very interesting exploration, Adam. I enjoied it very much, but then I'm a long time fan, albeit a quiet one. 😁 Love to you and Lisa and Dale. I'll be waiting for next Sunday. 😉🤠
1950s Aga…And yes Adam my Aga heats up 20 large Rads! I also have an Aga iron It’s also 1950’s I never use it it’s just for display. My Aga heats up 20 rads because it’s a new model.
Hi Adam! Really liked this one. Wish people would not trash these places. Beautiful view from the boy’s room. So sad that whoever lived here lost the house. All those old pictures left and slides. Shame the family didn’t take them. Did a great job on the video as always. Thanks for sharing.
Enjoyed this video, thanks Adam 👍🥰you looked a lot happier this week…glad you didn’t try the necrophonic app, especially as you were on your own again 🤗❤️
What a beautiful home and country view so much stuff abandoned totally loved the video some of the family should rescue the home from Australia ❤️🇦🇺🍻🦘🌏
Sorry Adam, but those aren't negatives, they are called slides and they usually are put into a little hand held machine that would light up the picture so that you could see it clearly. There were also bigger machines that would project the picture onto a screen or smooth wall so everyone could view the pictures.
