@@oscaremmasson126 Yeah, lol. And I get why Stewie says all that he's saying to Brian the dog, since he's taken forever before he's ready to get a book published
Subconsciously, Brian knows he's a crappy writer. That's why he is never going to finish that novel. Because as long as it's a work-in-progress, it can't be judged. But once he finishes it, it can be judged.
@@Nameless82284 Well... Peter Griffin said something in a much earlier episode, and since then their budged was cut... "Oh, yeah, what are they gonna do, Lois, cut our budget? Huh, I'm gonna get a beer..."
@@Jon-Ivy No, they're just too lazy to animated someone else while another one is talking. They're not even blinking. Speaking of blinking, what the heck is up with their eyes, they always have them half way close because they never care about anything.
@@Nameless82284 Ok Firstly, Brian was blinking through this scene. Secondly, the half closed eye lid is just how they represent a relaxed facial expression, obviously this is a cartoon so the eyes wouldnt have realistic depth and 3 dimensions, and Thirdly....who gives a fuck? Why are u watching a cartoon for realism? Especially one with as many episodes as Family Guy. Did that ruin the experience for u? Lol. Not that serious guy.
@@what7530 So another words their expressions are just lazy and they always have their eyes halfway closed because there's so nonchalant and never seem to care about anything of what's going on?
"At the end your main character is richer for the experience." "Look at the bright side you have new material for that novel you've been working on......your main character suffers a little heartbreak......Everybody learns that the hero's journey is not always a happy one." This shit makes me crack up so much it's crazy. I relate to Brian cuz I've been working on a damn book forever it seems. LOL
Have you finished it yet? Gotta a big stack of papers there? Gotta nice little story you're working on there? Your big novel you've been working on? Huh? Gotta compelling protagonist? Yeah? Gotta obstacle for him to overcome? Huh? Little story brewing there?
Heh... can relate! I've been working on a small book as well for almost a year now, I'm 2 and 1/2 chapters away from finishing it but my brain has been exhausted and blocked all fucking week and it's driving me insane... so close, yet so far!
Stewie using basic storytelling points to mock Brian in a hilarious way. The writers of this show deserve much more credit than they are given. This is some quality comedic writing delivered in a genius way by Seth. Seth also deserves much more credit for his voiceovers than he is given. His acting combined with the writing is comedy gold!
@@dsmj7389 Yeah, and the best scenes are so often the ones with Brian and Stewie, all of the "Road to.." episodes, the time travel episodes (and multiverse, teleportation, etc. travel episodes), other episodes such as one where they're locked in the safe or the one with Brian trippin on mushrooms, and even episodes where they're not in the majority of the episode but still have funny scenes that are just the two of them. Alot of it's because Brian and Stewie are the smartest guys in the family, it's funny how the two most intelligent ones are the baby and the dog and not the actual adults. Neither of them are actually a baby or a dog though, they both think and speak like adult humans, educated adult humans.
The first clip was the first time I was ever exposed to this show as a young kid. I laughed none stop for a whole week thinking about it. Over a decade later it's still comedic gold to me
How’ Stewie’s voice gets repeatedly higher and higher 😂 2:27 Also the last one was gold how Brain has had enough of Stewie and smacked him with his book 🤣
I seem to recall in a later episode Brian turned the tables on Stewie and did the weird high voice back to him when he was procrastinating on a project....Stewie wasn't amused.
How uhh, how ya coming on that novel you been working on? You know; that novel you been talking about for 1 year, eh? Got a, got a, gotta compelling protagonist? Got an obstacle for him to overcome, hmm? A little eh, a little story there, huh? Some friends become enemies and enemies become friends, hmm? At the end the main character is richer for the experience, yea? Yeah?
Stewie: I read your article too, Brian. Seems to me you should spend less time working for the paper, and more time- *talks in high-pitched, ridiculous sarcastic mocking voice* WORKIN’ ON THAT NOVEL YOU BEEN WORKIN’ ON, YOU KNOW WHAT I- *GETS SLAPPED ACROSS THE FACE BY BOOK* Argh!!!!
How's that Obamacare replacement coming along? Ya know, a little tax cut for billionaires? Maybe, the people find out that millions of them will lose their coverage after they voted for the guy who promised them something better? Nah, I'm sure they'll be fine.
"I read your article too Brian. Seems to me you should spend less time working for the paper and more time WORKING ON THAT NOVEL YOU BEEN WORKING ON. YOU KNOW THE *smack* AGHHH!!!"
Thank you for your gratitude :') But seriously I hope you don't let the inherent rudeness of the Jewtube community get to you. I find it intolerable too but it can't be helped. Just enjoy these little breaks from the shit-posting when you can.
@@TheAdarshMehta Yeah, Brian: (with lifting voice) "Workin on a music video..doin a little music video there..a compilation of visual images to go with a song..a 4 minute story that tells a musical.."Stewie: "Yeah, that only works when I do that"
