People that put houses to rent are disgusting though, like loan sharks or scalpers.

@@princeproductions8599 Nothing wrong with renting a single or two houses you own but don't want to sell, or buying 2 tickets for an event and then reselling them for higher if you cant make it. However, the practices that people who make such things their main or side "businesses" are destructive in nature and unsustainable if maxims are applied. An action can't be considered proper or ethical if you couldn't honestly say that everyone should do it, and that if everyone did do it, it would have an overall positive result for its parties involved. For example, everyone should have a house and maintain it. If everyone followed this it would only have a positive effect on their houses value and neighborhood, benefiting parties that sell and buy houses. However, with everyone should buy houses to rent, we would eventually only have houses for rent so nobody would be able to buy houses to rent anymore, it destroys itself. Like scalping, if everyone buys things to resale later with higher prices, nobody will buy items to use. As opposed to everyone should only buy things they plan to use, which will help reduce spending on items that will not be used. Helping more clearly show accurate product demand and prevent overproduction and overspending by consumers. So yeah, I'm not against you as an individual putting your home in another state for rent when you move or for extra income, but the systematic exploitation of a working system that benefits consumers and producers in our economy by specific types of middlemen that contribute nothing. 🙂
