The reason why Peter have a high pitch voice because he hit his balls, so in the fight his voice is high pitch but he loses his voice because 1:15 of the video, he kicked the kid (that was in the thumbnail) and he broke the wall that the cross was hanging on if you watch the whole episode of this episode, you’ll see at the end the cross fell on his balls, so his voice turns to normal so his voice change from high-pitched to normal😊
