I tried to count how many revolutions per second there was. The wheel spun for a total of 23 seconds before coming off, and in the first second of it spinning, I saw the 1.00 slot come around 8 times. Assuming the wheel doesn’t lose momentum (which it sounds like it doesn’t), 8 complete revolutions per second multiplied by a total of 23 seconds of continuous spinning means the wheel had 184 complete revolutions before rolling into the crowd.

I can't help but wonder if the show crew saw this and immediately made sure the wheel was murder proof
