FAMILY OF 13 WALMART HAUL *BEACH VACATION HAUL* 

What house rentals dont provide the essentials like bed linens? Unheard of? Like who pack packs of bedsets on vacay? How will u ever fit all this in the van? This is so weird? Even the crappiest cheapest places have the essentials! I be glad to book for u next vacay! I could get u a nice airbnb for under 6000 with ev included! I think u just like to shop and over consume.

Seems like all those sheets, towels, and bedspreads (which you bought, because they were in compact packages) will have to be folded up and packed home, unless you plan on leaving them behind. That's a lot of money. Also, wouldn't it be more sensible for each child to have their own sleeping bag that they can roll up at the end of the journey and take home?

I mean, as a family of 6 we travel and we’ve never had a hotel or airbnb or anything that didn’t have basic needs. You mean to tell me they literally ONLY have the beds there ? No sheets or blankets? I’d be onto the next rental.

If the Walmart workers get caught accepting a tip they will get fired so be careful! (Ex employee)

Are you saying that your rental does not provide ANY linens at all? Like none? That’s crazy-it might be better to find another rental that does? That’s a lot of stuff to lug with you!

Just curious why you don't purchase large bottles of fruit juice concentrate to dilute,or sparkling fruit water in large bottles to share, much better for the kids than all that Gatorade,soda,sunny d etc etc !! I can understand having an occasional can , or bottle but the amount you buy looks like there having them all the time !!

Don’t they have their own bath towels you got them for Christmas with their names on them??!

These kids dont need barrel amounts of Gatorade, prime, esp soda. Maybe some juice that isn't crap once in a while. WATER. THEY NEED WATER!! We get four, 5 gal glass water delivery every other week. We scoot it in our water cooler and the kids (and adults) refill their stainless steel water bottles. This insane abuse.

that’s a crap ton of sunscreen, good grief. i understand stocking up but that’s probably $200 right there. you’re obsessed with shopping and shop in an over abundance of things

Just FYI ~ Walgreens has pre-packed clear plastic travel kits for both ladies and men. All airline size approved. Makes my life easy and my boys (twenties) as well. No more hunting travel products! Also, you can order these online and have them dropped off to your front door.

Would have made sense to get this all delivered there but then there wouldn’t be a video!

I don't live in America, but is this kind of spending normal? Obviously it's for 13 people, and there were linens that were not usual - let's be honest there is always something extra to buy though- but even then, is $100 PER PERSON PER WEEK a normal grocery spend for food etc?

All this money yet you didnt book a place that provides all linens…. Also why dont you keep them from year to year or just take sheets and blankets from home. I also would have waited to buy them when i got there instead of packing them.

How about leaving some sun block for somebody else?. You do not need that much. Incidentally sun block has an expiry date so you can't keep it for that long.

Hii. So I have a tip for you, which you probably already thought about. So I stopped buying toiletries when we go on vacation,because they added a lot of weight. So what we do now, is when we get to the places that were staying, we go shopping for those things, and what ever more we need at the moment 😅

Can I just say something? I still buy my sons their arm deodorants, shampoo’s, food, etc and they are older than Alex and they all live with me. My son’s work full time and do pay some rent, but as their mother, these are things I WANT to do, these are things that make me happy and I won’t have anyone tell me that they are old enough to buy this or do that or whatever. Goes in one ear and out the other with me. I’m just saying that it’s the little things that make us mom’s happy, so don’t rain on our parade’s by talking about what we should or should not be doing for our 18 year olds (or older), please. 😊

Pretty sure I would have paid the extra for a place that supplied the linens and such rather than spend an extra thousand buying full bed sets, towels and such🤣🤣🤣…so weird..and then you have to lug it all along with you🙄🤷🏻‍♀️

Do you ever keep meat in the freezer? We have one of those seal a meals that we got from Amazon. It keeps the meat from getting freezer burn. We have saved so much money with that. Anyway it just made me question when you were trying to figure out how many chicken legs you needed. We have 4 adults and a child and we buy thighs, legs and wings and we just pkg it according to how much we want to cook for a meal.

I bought the travel size empty bottles that way I can take my shampoo, conditioner and body wash. My skin is sensitive and doesn’t do well with change.

Why not pack your own sheets and towels it would save money

I love Mini sodas. So convenient because sometimes I can’t drink the whole can or my kid so it’s nice . Also I love the idea of getting bedding , that way you don’t have to worry about getting new one later on .

Instead of hanging the bags off to the side of the cart, I hang them like that but from the underside of the handle so it's on the back of the cart. That way I can still push it without knocking everything I pass.

Your kids have like 4 screens per two eye balls. You really think they’re going to be outside enough to have 1,000 bottles of sun screen? You would’ve been fine with the two massive bottles for probably the entire summer if not longer. Your views are down as we can tell, save your damn money for your kids college funds instead of 20 bottles of sun block. Jeesh.

Just wondering, have you ever thought about buying big box of baggies, and making your own individual size snacks for your kids and maybe getting them to help you do it as a family project it would probably show them not only the amount of work you do, but that you could do it in such a way that it would make (probably) tons less garbage going to the landfills every year just a thought.

Walmart carries fit crunch, but they keep them with the protein shakes over in the vitamin area of the store. They usually have a big assortment of protein bars in that section

Bug spray is usually in household chemical, sporting goods, and usually a seasonal section

The pre-bagged bell peppers were right below the ones you chose! Maybe you were looking for bigger bags? I had a 2-liter of Diet Coke roll off and under the shelf. It was too far under for me to reach. I’m going to periodically check and see how long it stays there 😂
