Jake, Tiffany and Colton moved into their renovated 5th wheel almost 3 months ago after realizing that working just to barely pay the bills wasn't a life they wanted to live. They were unsure about their decision, but moved ahead anyway. They spent months renovating the RV on nights and weekends with the help of grandparents babysitting so the RV could get their full attention. They've created a beautiful and inviting space and seem to have everything they need.

Most of these washer/dryer combos quit working after a few months, according to reviews. If you can find a small washer, there is a good spin dryer alternative at laundry-alternative.com/collections/super-compact-automatic-washer - pick a medium sized one. Large one is best, but uses a bit more space. These spin out the water like a champ, and last for years and years! Best spinners.

I’ve watched hundreds of videos on RV’s, tiny houses, full timers, part timers, class A’s, B’s, C’s, pop outs, pop ups, fifth wheels, the whole enchilada. I have to say, your fifth wheel, hands down is the nicest I’ve seen. Inside looks and feels like a regular, stick built home. It is beautiful. Enjoyed your video. Realised everyone was talking about the fire safety and concern about the kid's room and "locking" the kid in his bed. Isn't the kid a toddler, see no difference from putting your young child in a high fence crib/play pen to protect them from falling over. So kudos to the parents who built the room and for giving the kid huge amount of space to grow into. Many of the tiny house I see made the kids room uncomfortably small. Love the design! Looks really homey!

Sandra Westley from the UK our kids had a regular bunk bed when they were about 6 plus, and the sides were not that high they regularly fell over them, it didn’t wake them up 😂😂 we just used to pick them up and put them back, and yes it needs to be secure where he sleeps, you don’t want young toddlers free to roam about the van, when doors are really easy to open, he could easily wonder off on the site, he wouldn’t be the first child to do that if they are not secure.

This RV has the most space I’ve ever seen! They kept going from room to room and I kept thinking “this is an RV?!” 🤣 I would love to live in something like this...it’s a beautiful and spacious home!

Particularly love the kitchen and that lovely blue. Too many tiny homes overuse white to make them look more spacious, but look sterile. Color can make a space cozier, homier, and far more welcoming.

You've done a great job. It's really nice. Live life to the fullest and enjoy every single minute. I'm a full timer. I just moved into my 2nd unit. This time a toy hauler, no slides. I'm going to have to do this reno, a little at a time, while living in it. Like you, I feel this is what I'm meant to do and can't imagine going back to a conventional life style.

The bummer about the older ones is the rules of RV parks. We love our lil Bounder homie that isn't that little but I've loved, Decorating and we are still putting love into it with wood flooring and such. I'm NOT into the newer ones at all and how dark they are inside. Ours is a 1994 Bounder and it's extremely cozy and nostalgia is everywhere. We don't even want the newer television and we use VHS movies.. The Owner of the last RV park we were in said, well hey you should get a newer smaller RV , then you can move here. Ya know it's beautiful there with a pond and a beautiful pool with a slide , animals frolicking about. But we really love our lil Homie and so attached. These rules are stupid. Today we were helping with our Neighbors leak in there brand new RV. I think, wow isn't that ironic..

They sure are!!!! I've been looking b4 COVID even hit us & I see some RV's up & sold within days now!!!!! Either already AWESOME remodels or ones that are a cheap 40ft that just need some updating. I LOVE ALL THE MACRAME on the walls!!!!! Great job!!!! I just WISH I was that handy on my own with the abilities & tools. I also love the washer & dryer idea because a lot of places I liked just lacked them. GREAT that you don't have to leave to get it done. The bathroom painted wall is awesome & I wanted to paint my kitchen counters, & never thought of chalk paint. Then would it have to be sealed with a food safe coating?

Now THATS HOME! This is my all time favorite out of 100's viewed! I've learned it's gotta be a 5th wheel. ❤️❤️❤️ You guys are living the dream I wanted to around your age, went home self employed instead, then the market crashed!🤮 But even if you don't wanna live in it it's so much better than any hotel , dirty bedding, crazy costs, late check in early check out times, pandemics, germs and ewe! Should be on every households budget, some type of mobile living vehicle. Adorable family, adorable home❤️🍻May God Bless you through all of your travels and ways!🎚️

My payments on a 18000 trailer are about 350 a month. Significantly less than I was paying for a two bedroom rent in Dallas. I highly recommend the lifestyle. It's not for everyone, but it definitely has its perks.

You've made many great choices! But please, don't run your frig while on the road. Gas station explosions have happened due to frig pilot light igniting gas vapors. Law prohibits it at gas stations, bridges, and thru tunnels, too. On another topic, wouldn't it be better to put in a large window at your son's bed? That way, in an emergency/fire, you could rescue him from outside. It may seem like a remote possibility, but look at vids. RV fires engulf the home with lightening speed! Whoooow!!!! wow wow ,,, I never seen such a Gorgeous layout and well done FiftWheel Space before. I have been looking into this myself but always never like the overload of the interior woody look.The paint job is fantastic and the rooms are spectacular but that shower is a master piece taking out the glass for a more comfortable use of space. BEAUTIFUL HOME. We are retired and in 1 yr are selling our 3 acres in Cali and buying a fifth wheel or 32’ trailer, we already have the truck. Our children and grandchildren live from Nevada to Ohio to New York and we will travel visiting them throughout the year using Nevada as our home base. I sure love how you made this into a lovely home. It will be tuff getting rid of so much but I’m looking forward to it. My son and grandsons can help us make our buy our forever space. Thanks for some great ideas. Especially the washer dryer set up. I do want some solar. HAPPY TRAILS! Wish we had done it earlier. We have a giant older home it terrific shape that we put a lot of work into and will gift that to the kids.

Sandra Westley from the UK yes we often trip the fuse on the power provided on site, by forgetting the central heating is on high, the water heater is on, then someone puts the microwave on while I am blow drying my hair, and all things stop. 😂😂 Glad to see you kept most of the storage, when I see other couples ripping out storage and doing open shelves, I don’t know how they manage, and how things don’t get smashed when travelling.

On the tv stand in your bedroom, you need to add one or two extra door hinges because of the weight from the tv. It is already scraping. I had a wrap around door in my kitchen. It need it done....good luck
