I’m also going to add an update on this lady… she sold the RV, divorced her husband, bought a house, kids are homeschooled and is now a lesbian and goes on vacations with her new girlfriend without her kids. The 16 year old doesn’t live with the mom anymore still and I think that the GF moved in… what a Fing mess 🤦🏼‍♀️ all the kids will need major therapy.

When I was a teenager my dad, brother and I had to move into a (large) 3 bedroom static caravan on a site. We lived there for a few years due to it being a cheaper way for my dad to live. We each had our own room, two bathrooms, kitchen diner and lounge, with a patio and garden, yet it was still too uncomfortable for two teens and an adult to live. I appreciated the fact this was all we could afford at the time but it was such a relief to move into a house when we could. I couldn't even imagine how miserable living in an rv and being on the road all the time would be! I would have been desperate for some stability and privacy as a growing teen!

Josh thank you again for high lighting what really goes on behind closed doors of "influencers". You gave this young lady a voice who has been from pillar to post with her mental health without any support from her mother. My heart breaks for this young lady and I only hope that she has some level of normalcy living with her nan. I suffered with anxiety, break downs, eating disorders too. While I don't blame my narcissistic mother for these, she certainly didn't help me get the help I needed. Sadly recovery lasts a lifetime so I am hoping this young girl finds her happy space one day, she truly deserves it after all she has gone through

I live on a farm my friend was living on the land in a trailer with her baby. Her two older daughters come in the summer. They spent a lot of time and nights at my house complaining that they didn’t have privacy, couldn’t poop in peace, the beds were too small, the shower and bathroom were too small they couldn’t cook and they could hear mom and boyfriend having adult time. My house was their escape. Recently I found out mom was dumping her waste in my yard I asked her about it and where it was dumped so it could be removed. She packed up the trailer and left without a single word. 24 years of friendship I just hope the best for baby and sad the older girls won’t have a place to come for privacy 😢

I think so many family vloggers, especially those who travel or live on the road, forget that one of the main things a good parent should provide for their children is stability. And stability isn’t defined by trips or money or gifts but rather a place that a child can grow and become their own person by making friends, attending a school, building rapport and relationship with counsellors and other health professionals. And that’s the point that they always seem to forget when it comes to the idea of stability

An RV is for taking your family on a fun vacation, exploring the Country with them and then taking them HOME 🏡 to their own bed 🛏️ their own room and their own bathroom 🪥 with a nice tub and shower 🚿 if YOU as a ADULT want to live full time in a RV... without children, go do your thing, but part of being a parent is putting your CHILDREN FIRST, their emotional and physical needs are PRIORITY and that requires sacrifice on the part of the parent, but it's something most parents don't even think twice about we just do it because we LOVE them

We were an RV family in the summers. My dad had rides with the traveling carnival so he left in May and we would join him for summer break. It was an old school bus converted into a RV with a queen fold out and bunks for my sister and I. It was amazing times, but only for the summer, and my mom, dad and big sister would all be working so I'd have lots of privacy/freedom. When we were all inside though? If someone had to take a crap? Right in front of my bunk with a little curtain 😂 Those are some of my best memories, especially now that they're all gone, but definitely not as a full time living arrangement. @refinnej5302 26 дней назад
That's exactly what I was wondering too. There's a difference in mental health issues and behavioral issues. Sometimes they overlap. Anytime MH issues are involved, that's what needs to be addressed. My guess is that mommy was scared her daughter would tell a mandated reporter something she didn't want out. Those wilderness camps treat the kids like they're all lying criminals so they don't report anything. I'm also guessing it was to show the daughter how mom can and will make her life hell if she doesn't get back in line.
@AndromedasLight17

My daughter was having severe issues from a traumatizing event that happened to her as a child. She came out at 14 and told us then completely unraveled because she had been holding it in for years. She attempted suicide. We immediately got her therapy. We also sent her to a wilderness program with the Orme School in AZ (we lived in OR at the time). They spent several weeks hiking, camping & playing in Utah and she found peace through nature. It started the process of healing. It's not the answer to therapy but, every day they would choose a quiet place to sit down, journal & reflect. She was able to get a lot of things out on paper. It's a proven fact that children spending time and connecting with nature is a healing modality. Its not the only thing that should be used but it does help. Just to be clear this wasn't one of those programs for difficult kids. it was through a very renouned private school that we used to live near. They gladly allowed her to come even though she didn't belong to the school.I owe them my daughter's life. She came home and was ready to confront the hard things.

There was no point. He couldn't form attachments bc he knew he'd never see those people again when he moved. Rn he's one second away from being homeless and it's triggered him. Horribly. He told me he has flashbacks of the feelings of insecurity he had as a child. It's crushing him. At 50. Instability can effect you negatively for the rest of your life. This poor young woman. Thanks for this video ... I had followed Jess (whatever her channel name was) for awhile but stopped watching when A (the child in your video) left. Didn't know the details until now, but knew something was up that wasn't good. You are so right about everything ... A (the child) has a lot of power, and Jessica can figure things out if she has to. Her other daughter and son will be fine. Hopefully viewers start to put 2 and 2 together, and realize the problems and stop watching her channel. I remember a video when they were moving into the house, and A was in that video, helping to move stuff in. That was the last I saw of her in videos. I hope A's video gets millions of views. All the best to her.

As a homeschooled kid, I can confirm we are, in fact, weird. 😂 The only reason I turned out somewhat normal as an adult is because I got super lucky with my first job at 16 years old and had an amazing manager who really helped me figure out how life works and gently shoved me out into the most social part of the job so I had to talk to people and lose some of the awkwardness. Because of how I was raised, I always swore I'd never homeschool my kids but with how screwed the school system is nowadays we've decided to homechool our kids but still make sure they're in sports and extracurricular activities from a young age so they still get the social skills they need. 🤷‍♀️

We have homeschool groups and meetings where fellow homeschool families can get their kids together to socialize. The kids I know who have been homeschooled are very normal and less weird than the kids who go to an indoctrination camp school.

I wasn't homeschooled, public school my whole life. I was extremely shy and was/am weird. School did nothing to help my social skills. I had siblings and friends in my neighborhood, I made 3 friends in school because of how shy I was. Also, school isn't for socializing, as they say. 😉

I went to public school and some of the weirdest people I've ever met in my life went to public school and college. I haven't met any weird homeschoolers... they're all very well socialized, speak properly and more adapt to real life than the public schoolers I currently know. Most are also very involved in extra curriculars, clubs, sports and even volunteer at our animal shelters and senior citizens center. 🤷 The myths around homeschooling are outdated and just that..myths.

people forget that kids are people too. think about how much adults suffer with lack of outside friendships. being isolated like that is not healthy in any way shape or form. sending my son to school was the best thing we have done for his development. he’s delayed in areas and we decided to send him to early childhood. he has grown so much since he started and he’s made friends!!

Josh you need to teach my X or child’s father. I am disabled single mom and I go without for my daughter actual therapy and her physical therapy is tumbling and dance. My daughter has mental health problems but I always treat it; and her exact words were “dancing and tumbling takes away my overthinking” she is more concentrated on her next move or step than her own thoughts. Plus building self confidence and being in a group activity. 3 years of no help with back to school clothes or supplies…. Also he uses her to pick up women and he is married 🤦‍♀️ (exactly why we’re divorced).

My heart goes out to that teen girl. She deserves so much better than the parents she has. We heard a lot about the mom which makes sense since she seemed to be in charge of the exploitation, but what about the dad? There must be some issue with him as well if she has been living everywhere but with him? Seems as though both parents are crap. Poor kids.

It works for us while our son is young but it will not be a forever thing! We have one year left then back to ship duty and a house or apartment:) it’s been fun while we’re here! RV life isn't as bad as you make it out to be. We did it for 6 months when our kids were young teens. We were in a great park. They spent all their time during the summer out with friends swimming at the springs. No problem when they went to school either. Also to a lot of people it's a cheaper way to live in this economy. Our kids are grown now and my husband and I are traveling and work camping. It's great. Not everyone can have a huge house where everyone gets their own room. For awhile we even loved in a single wide two bedroom mobile home with 4 teenages. They all shared one room. Not a big deal. They only slept in there anyway.

When I fled from my marriage, I had a one bedroom with my son, living room, kitchen, bathroom apartment with garden . he got the bedroom and I have the living room, in Germany living room are independent rooms. I'd rather sleep in the bathroom than deny my child privacy

If my parents hadnt been able to get me to one person every week, to build that theraputic realationship, and being able to keep my schedule, keeping myself in school, I wouldnt have survived. I guarantee it, i cannot believe that her mother would do this.

It wouldn't surprise me that a social media child would develop an ED. I've know soneone with an ED, and they developed it because they felt like they had no control over anything in their life. To them, the ED was the only thing that gave them a sense of control over. If that makes sense?

We are avid campers, we have a big tent and go to non electric campsites at state parks here in NY. We do have campsite friends we see every yr, but my kid also has a stable home life and school/social life. You can enjoy camping and still provide a stable life while not exploiting your children.
