Tsunade and Naruto are distantly related. She is the descendant of the Senju and Uzumaki Clan, her grandfather is Hashirama Senju and her grandmother is Mito Uzumaki. And we know that the Senju Clan descended from the Sage of the Six Paths, thus meaning so do the Uzumaki Clan, as they are distant blood relatives of the Senju. Thus, proving Tsunade is related to Naruto, but not as distant as you may think.

Kushina is not Mito and Hashirama’s daughter. She’s of the same clan as Mito but she was escorted from her village to be the next Jinchuriki. It’s much more likely that Kushina is the younger sister of Nagato’s mother. They literally look like twins. Making Naruto and Nagato direct cousins.

Can anyone explain me this? When Hashirama is tsunade's grandfather, but at the sametime it appears that Hashirama is Naruto's mother side grandfather. Doesn't that mean that the tsunade and naruto are cousins but tsunade's age is as grandmother of naruto. Im litelally confused. Plz explain me this❓️
Because when he was born when all villages are in war and tail beast were weapon. If he got namikaze name, since he has yellow hair it was easy to guess he is son of 4th ho kage so he might be under threat of assassination... Since uzumaki are considered all are red haired since he has yellow hair most will think he maybe some one from the weak uzumaki clan members who came to leaf as Refugee not as the son of the hokage, since everyone take their father's last name
