Actually bodhi tree is very respectful tree in the world because Load Buddha get enlightened under the Srimahabodi tree in India. first bodhi tree brought to Sri Lanka by arahanth sangamiththa theri elder daughter of empire Ashoka in 288 BC and also people's are praying with bodhi tree bring the merits according to the life difficulty's people's are facing
