I'm 70 and I often watch pictures like Blondie and can recapture the feelings of my youth ..I loved my hometown and the people in it and wouldn't trade any of it for anything
Once again Steve, thanks for sharing Penny Singleton ( AKA) Judy Jetson...and Blondie....I enjoy watching it now eith my granddaughter..she loves the old comedy and cartoons..thank you ..
My brother was named Elroy after one of the characters or the Jetsons, he was born on April of 1967. He died last year on his birthday . I will there for never forget the Jetsons for they are allways linked to my brother. Thank you for this upload.
Thanks for another great video Steve. don't remember blondie too much but I loved the jetsons. these actors were so talented. Thanks for giving time to Don Messing. I love character actors and he was so versitile. Another keeper. Thanks.
Thank you for the blast from the past. We really enjoyed the Jetsons but have never seen the Blondie shows ( we may have to check it out). Thank you for your patience and determination to find these graves (especially in the hot sun). Take care and God bless- Chris and Dave
Thank you Steve I remember these shows, good memories. Growing up everything was so different back then. RIP to all those actors, they live on in the re runs and their families.
Steve, you keep history alive and present it in the most entertaining and non-judgmental way. You make me smile, you make me laugh, you make me think....Thank you.
Loved the Jetsons. As I recall, the Jetsons was the first program to be broadcast in color but not 100% sure. Blondie and Dagwood were great too. Watched them on the Nostalgia Channel in the late 80's. I can hear Mr. Spacely yelling: "JETSON! YOU"RE FIRED!"
Wow Steve you really do your research. A lot of info in this segment. I loved the Jetsons. I don’t think I ever watched any of the blondie movies. As you said much more innocent time. Looking forward to your next one.😀
Ioved the Jetson's it was one of my favorite cartoons, I only remember my mom talking about Dagwood and Blondie. She always talked about listening to it on the radio when she was a young girl. As always thank you Steve great job
A Big Fan Of Glen Campbell’s Good Music And he passed away from same horrifying disease as my mom at the same age! Thank you Steve for your so interesting tours I’ve been a Fan Find a grave since my parents passed away for so many years! Al Di
I used to watch the Jetsons as a child but have never seen Blondie and Dagwood. That was interesting info on the storyline of The Blonde Dagwood show. Opening the front door for anyone that knocks is unheard of today 😲 Great video Steve👍👍
Omg this awesome my favorite ones used watch them all time when I was child wow this amazing Steve thank u so much for this beautiful amazing video 💕 amazing memories wow
Glad to see you are staying cool in this ridiculously warm weather for October. You always make my day when I can see views of Hollywood Forever and Forest Lawn Hollywood Hills together in one video. I love the not commonly known relationships of the people you visit. For example, I did not know Arthur Lake was married to the daughter of Marion Davies. Amazing! Stay safe and Happy Halloween.
i know, i thought it was the middle of summer, the other day :-) i didn't know about arthur lake's relationships, either. or that he died here in the desert. that's part of the fun for me, learning so much by these cemetery visits. thanks, PC and happy halloween to you, too!
Thank you for all information. I love history and the entertainment industry is just full of it. So much influence from its start. I love the way you group each show. Keep up the great stories. A big fan.
The Jetsons was my favorite cartoon, and still is on tv today.some day the cars will be just like the jetsons 😊 I enjoyed this video thanks for sharing😊
Thank you for discussing and telling us the final resting place very interesting cuz I was a little girl, and I knew nothing what happened to them, to all you're un covering, hugs
@@TheGraveyardChannel I was fortunate to meet Penny Singleton at an autograph show in North Hollywood a year or two before she passed. We had a nice chat about her experiences as Blondie. She appreciated that I admired her character Jane Jetson, especially her dress LOL 😆.
💐 This was perfect timing since the DJ on Sirius radio this morning said that it was national cartoonists against crime day. Great upload. I loved all the cartoons and the Bumstead series that you featured. My mom introduced me to the Bumstead series when I was a little girl.💐
Thanks for another great tour Steve! Flintstones & Jetsons were my favorite cartoons as a kid! Cartoons just rn't the same! I can still hear George yell'in JANE! Can't wait to see what u have in store for this Halloween! 🎃👻 PS Bet u plan ur vacations on where u haven't been 😄 Many thanks again Steve for all ur hard work & SUPERB PROFESSIONAL Vids!
When I was a little girl, seeing the Blondie and Dagwood comic strip in the newspaper....I was convinced they were my parents! Dagwood always took his naps on the couch (just like my dad) and Blondie always was in the kitchen with her apron on (just like my mom)! Lol
Thank you Steve for a another great video! I love watching the old Blondie movies! Also thanks for being so considerate to add GPS to graves! Have a great day Steve!😀👍
Another great video Steve thanks a lot. I especially love how you covered Janet Waldo! You and I are of two different Generations and the first time I saw her name on screen was the voice of Princess in Battle of the Planets in the late 70s. She was also the voice of Josie from Josie and the Pussycats as well. By the way... She was 97 when she passed away not 96. What's incredible is her older sister Elizabeth is still alive today... Thanks again Steve...... any possibility you can find out where June Foray is buried? She died just before her 100th birthday and was the voice of such characters as Rocky the flying squirrel, Lucifer from Disney's Cinderella, jokey Smurf, granny from the Warner Brothers cartoons directed by Fritz frieling and a host of others. Both Janet and June were so phenomenal too bad we just lost them but at least they lived a very long life to say the least. See you later Steve!
thanks for the correction, alexander, and that's awesome that she has an older sister :-) i visited westwood memorial park last weekend and searched where find a grave says her niche is located, but i could not find it!! i'll try again the next time i'm there. so many have asked me to find foray's final resting place. hers has been a difficult one. thanks, alexander!
yeah, they were way before your time :-) i'm impressed that you knew of the comic strip. they were huge when i was growing up, but most kids today have probably never even seen or heard of a newspaper comic strip :-)
I loved the Jetsons ) funny I never thought about the actors. ( hahaha ) I’m sure my young grandchildren would enjoy the jetsons must put it on RU-vid for them. Thanks for sharing.
Steve....Friday morning to me is a great cup of coffee and a new fantastic vlog. The Jetsons was one of those must see cartoons from the past. Astro was my favorite character. My Favorite Martian is on daily here on Cox cable-another favorite from the past. Happy Halloween to you and Jim. Best from Vegas.
wow, i haven't seen my favorite martian in years. i'll have to check and see if we get it here. remember when people would have their morning coffee and read the newspaper comics? happy halloween to you, too, norma!

I loved the Jetsons I must say I've never watched Blondie as a kid we had the comic books to read. Great but sad tour all my cartoon hero's are gone, man I'm getting old. I call my roomba Rosie lol
Hi Steve, this is so awesome. I WAS TOTALLY shocked At Judy Jetson's age At the time of her death. I Guess it's because this was one of my favorite cartoons. But .............than again it made me think about my own age. LOL 😆 🤣. Thanks so much for sharing this with me 🖐️🎃 🕷️🕸️👻🕷️🎃 🕸️☠️👽💀👹🧟😵 😫.

Man, Friday morning 🌞☕ is going great, with a new video from you&Big Bill Anderson!!!!! Curious question:did the Hearst family ever acknowledge Marion's daughter, Patricia?
I live in Arlington heights, Illinois. It's not a very familiar city /suburb to hear about. It's about 45 minutes to 1 hour away from Chicago area. I was very surprised to hear about that in this video.
Thank you thank you thank you I think I told you her in earlier comment from a different Vlog The Jetsons and the Flintstones were my absolute favorite. Blondie and Dagwood would probably have been arrested for child endangerment today
My children and I used to watch the jetsons when they were children and I did as a child I now watch the Jetsons with my grandchildren cartoons were made so much better back then I dont like the computer made cartoons at all
Interesting about the little boy on Blondie walking around about four years old. On one of those films they were going on vacation and dagwood put a sign on their front door: out of town for two weeks!
I have the complete episodes of The Jetsons on DVD. I've never watched Blondie & Dagwood movies although I can't recall them being aired on TV in Australia.
Rank roo reve. I loved Astro and Rosie. Such a fun show. Astro was a Great Dane. Many cartoon dogs are. They really make sounds like Astro, like they are talking. I have a Dane mix and she talks too. Such fun, goofy and big puppies. My love for Danes, I would guess, is from the Jetsons.
