Petey was the name of the dog in the Our Gang series! ... As always thank you so much for all the great memories but I have to tell you I just so happened to be watching A Christmas Story 4 a.m. on Christmas Day when you show the grave of the father from that movie thank you so much🌹 ... Love❤😎❤
This is my favorite cemetery, too. And even though I've been to all of these graves, it's always fun to see them through your eyes! Especially since you go later in the day and I go in the early mornings. They look completely different :-)
Cats are a sign that the spirit is at peace and they sit close by to bring comfort to those missing loved ones, they also keep bad spirits away , very respectful well done video Scott x
My prayers go out. To Walter Koenig and Andrew's sister. Walter played Pavel Chekov on Star Trek. He's the remaining member. Of the original cast. Walter lost Andrew in 2010. And his wife Judy Levitt. Who played on various Star Treks. Passed away in 2022. That's a lot of grief. It' is sad. That Andrew and his mother are no longer with us. Andrew's resting place is in a beautiful place. Such a beautiful and historic cemetery. With the most influential people. That existed in our culture. Well done!😢
Great video Scott!! I love the Hollywood cemeteries!! There so beautiful!! Thank you for showing us the people that are buried there!! RIP!! Love your channel my friend!! Much love!! Peace out!!! ✌️✌️✌️✌️✌️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️💙💙💙💙🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🥰🥰🥰🌺🌺🌺💖💖💖💖
It never fails to amaze me how well maintained these cemetery's are. They are beautifully done and I especially love the fountains and other water features. I think running water makes everything so tranquil. If you ever go back to Hillside Memorial, I would love to see a video on Michael Landon. Thank you for taking the time to do these, they are fascinating :)
This cemetery is on my bucket list, no pun intended. I would walk every inch of this place, just to be near history. Thank you ❤️ BTW... Petey the dog.
Helyna Hutchins, who got shot while filming Rust, is now buried next to Tony Scott and Chris Cornell. I also know that Scott Weiland, Paul Sorvino, and Trevor Moore from The Whitest Kids U Know is also buried there. Whenever I see Burt Reynolds' bust on his headstone, it looks less like him and more like Charles Bronson, but that's just me.
Thanks for another phenomenal video. I think it’s a bit ironic that Andrew Koenig and Anton Yelchin are in the same area because Andrew Koenig’s father played the original Checkov in Star Trek ( the original series) and Yelchin played Checkov in the movie reboot
Fay Wray is here near a bench . i never been myself but watched lots of videos Scott would be great if you could update and extend sometime these . i do enjoy your channel for sure i only been to 2 famous graves in states as i live UK .I went to Seattle back in 2002 to Bruce Lee and Brandon's . i think if i went to more i would spend a lot and lot of hours walking around lol . i would love to go Westwood where Marilyn is one day . keep up the great work look forward to seeing more great videos .
Darren Mcgavin is amazing actor and I loved Christmas story and Chris Cornell is amazing and it’s sad and cemetery is most beautiful and quiet and peaceful as well and thank you for sharing Scott and do you ever see one eye cat again
Amazing video, as usual Scott! Will you be attending the festival they have at the Hollywood Forever Cemetery for Halloween? Day of the Dead? I would absolutely love to see a vlog from you from there
Another respectful trip around the cemetery, it’s so interesting to learn about these people. Thanks for including photos & bios about them. My favourite bit is the cats 😻
A lot of those graves are beautiful. It's always sad when depression takes someone so young 😔 Hattie was a wonderful actress. Toto was too cute. Alfalfa was too funny. I love the cats ❤ 🐈 .
Hollywood Forever is such a beautiful cemetery, probably my favorite as well. So many famous graves. A friend of mine is buried at Hollywood Forever, Traci Michaelz, he moved to Hollywood and became the drummer for a glam band called The Peppermint Creeps. The ducks and geese at that cemetery are bonkers. My last visit I was chased by a duck and as I was running away I (of course) trip and my sandal fell off and the dang duck pecked the top of my foot. I really wish this was all on video because it would be hilarious to watch back today. Great video, beautiful footage my friend!!
Hello Scott, Very interesting and informative as usual....in the sense that I knew all these people and or their work. Theres a couple that I didnt even know that passed. They just disappeared and I had forgotten about them until now. Thanks man!
How are you Scott .. loving your videos as always never fail to entertain ... hope to join your live chat one night soon take care buddy .. Stace from Manchester
Without looking anything up I recall that the dog's name in The Little Rascals series was Petey! He was definitely one of the main characters to say the least. I didn't know Alfalfa was a Mason. It's interesting to see these things and learn about them. I'm surprised you didn't run into Steve... LOL! What are the names of the other cemeteries in the Los Angeles area? I always see you Steve and sometimes Paul in other places like Forest Lawn but there's so many I just can't believe it. Good for you for giving a shout-out to those character actors that all of us recognize but they never seem to get as much of a bright light on them. I wonder where Hattie is actually buried? Can't believe that beautiful blue sky over there my goodness I can't wait to get the California someday I think I'm going to start saving for it right now! As usual great job Scott thank you so much and see you later!
Parabéns pela ótima filmagem e narração, lugar de muita paz e natureza, sem falar nos gatinhos ao fim do vídeo, todos lindos e devem ser bem tratados também, beijos aqui do Brasil.
One eye looks like my lucky...he was a tricky colored tabby like that. I luv how they lY on the head stones like laying on a lap getting and giving luv
Love these beautiful cats and the idea if them being allowed to live in the cemetery. Glad they are cared for. If a relative or I, myself, was buried here, I would be honored to have one of these gorgeous cats come sit with a relative, and especially with me at my grave. So neat!
I was lucky enough to meet mickey rooney in early 2000 of all places Blackpool when he was doing his one man show telling his stories of the women he had loved 😍 ❤️ and lost 😢, he gave his audience the opportunity to meet and greet , I was a lifelong fan with my dad and we both got to shake his hand and he thanked us , he was so small in stature bless him x
Hey Scott. Not sure you remember me but I’ve watched your vids for a while. I’ve been really struggling. I’m 18 and have became an alcoholic. If I die before I can ever speak to You just know I’ve loved your vids. Keep doing what your doing and I hope u become the success you deserve. Anyways I just hope your doing well.
Hey Drew of course I remember you. All of my viewers are very important to me and it’s like a family here. This is very saddening to hear about your situation. I don’t know if you follow me on instagram or Facebook but you should and you can direct message me there. Beating an addiction IS possible and you need support and guidance . 18 is young to become an alcoholic but for you to admit that you are at such a young age also shows a maturity beyond your years. You can get through this. There are much better things to do in life than get drunk, wake up hungover , repeat. It’s easier said than done , I know that VERY well, but it’s possible and life can be so much better. You seem like a very intelligent , chill guy, and you need help and it’s out there. Send me a message on fb or IG my name there is scottontape and we can talk some more. Everyone in these comments sections is on your side as well I can guarantee that. Take care of yourself Drew and message me. Scott
Andrew Koenig's dad played on the original star Trek. I can't remember his character's name. This video was 4 years ago. I don't know if you'll see this or not.
I think the dogs name was Spot not sure though but I also believe Alfalfa was a dog breeder that's why the dog is on his Tombstone. Great video keep doing what you do and be safe out there
Gosto muito dos seus vídeos tem muita informação obrigada pelo conteúdo Scott queria lhe pedir se pudesse fazer um vídeo do cemitério pere lacense em Paris obrigada Fátima portugal
Trivia Time: The dog on little rascals was named Spot. But the dog on Carl “Alfalfa” Switzer‘s stone represents that he bred hunting dogs. Ironically it was a dispute over the sale of one of these dogs that led to his tragic death. (Gots to Love Them Cats). ✌️#Peace
SCOTT ON TAPE Actually I learned watching; the curse of the little rascals video. It’s really sad, but sometimes stuff just happens… Peace my friend. ✌️
@@mikeh2928 I live here in Reno and have only been in the main cemetary up there twice. I would assume there are many local notable graves. I have never been to the "red light district" (not sure the actual name) cemetery.
