My grandfather when he was 13 years old witnessed the shootout of Bonnie and Clyde at the Joplin Missouri house where they found a lot of Bonnie and Clyde's infamous pictures. I believe my grandfather was the last surviving Witness on Bonnie and Clyde.
Love this museum we go here every year! we live about 2 hours away and never tire of going here! The owner is so nice and so knowledgeable on Bonnie and Clyde! I can not wait to eat in the restaurant when he finally opens it! The location of their death is awesome too and a nice little ride! They definitely were ambushed! Thank you Scott for sharing! safe travels! 🤗
lol wha's up boo??? I have always loved the story of Bonnie & Clyde since seeing the movie and their history interests me. I always have to watch whatever I can find on them. I know I know they were bad people but they were still interesting!
My sister and I saw the car they were killed 2 years ago in on our way to Death Valley in Primm, NV, at Whiskey Petes (Great food there). We watched a video that showed their story (narrated by his sister). We learned so much about them that I hadn't known before. They were so in love. Their story is kind of sad too, we took photos of the car and Clyde's shirt with holes in it. Thank you for sharing this story I think more people need to know their stories.
My nieces husband's great great uncle was the man who legally owned their death car. They stole it from his garage in Topeka, Kansas and after the capture, it took a lot for him to get the car back. My nieces husband said he had an old car in his garage that remained covered and after he passed away, the family went through the house and uncovered Bonnie and Clyde's death car. My nieces husband was in grade school at the time and recalled blood and hair still in the car. Nice video brother. I love your shows.
Such an interesting story. Part of my job in my teen years, was to dust the car B & C were killed in. A little creepy. Thank you Scott for your hard work and AWESOME videos❤Stay safe😊❤️cat xxx
What an interesting video about Bonnie and Clyde Scotty. It added so much more to the previous video you made about them. After seeing so many of the photos of them lying dead you feel really sad but as you said they were bad people and so it changes your mind immediately. I thoroughly enjoyed both the videos about Bonnie and Clyde. A little humour from you lightened up the subject which we need sometimes. Thanks Scotty. Love from all of us to your Mum, Sis, Cute Shady and you. Be safe. Take care. ❤️✌🏼🤗💕
Everyone who is fascinated with the history of Bonnie & Clyde should visit. I am actually from this town and we don’t have much going besides this museum
Scott wow what a video. I learned alot about Bonnie and Cylde they were so interesting. Your humor helps with the seriousness of this video and subject. Thank you 😊
Nice job covering this ! If I remember correctly they had some guy Clyde knew pretend to have car trouble to get Clyde to stop -- then the gun fire started. Too bad that they choose a life of crime, robbed, killed ect. They could have had a normal life but they chose the wrong path.☠️ That sun set was beautiful. 🌝 Loved the Kitty🐱
What happened was, Henry Methvin's Dad( Henry was the driver for them) made a deal with law enforcement that If he would " set them up" then the officials would give Methvin immunity from prosecution, but they rescinded that After B&C were killed & Methvin's son spent 5 years in prison for his participation in the crimes.
Your videos are absolutely the best! Always so intriguing to watch. Thank you sir for giving us very creative & spectacular content. Have a blessed day 😄
Ty for all the hard work you do for us to see your amazing videos!! I really appreciate it. Without your videos I wouldn’t had seen half the stuff I could only dream of seeing! Much ❤ and respect to you and your channel!
OMG this is awesome! I’ve always been fascinated by Bonnie and Clyde. I’ve researched them and the ambush location. I’ve seen pictures but nothing like seeing it in person....ummm on youtube 😂 which is the closest that I will ever get to seeing the real thing. So, thank you!
That’s why I do it! To let the viewers feel like they are there with me. Glad you liked it! It’s a strange eerie road , not much traffic at all. I really liked that spot
@@SCOTTONTAPE how long ago did you do the first video on Bonnie and Clyde? I’ve been searching but haven’t been able to find it and while searching I stumble across another great video and watch that 🤣
WOOOW I GREATLY APPRECIATE THE TOUR OF THE MUSEUM THOSE PHOTOS WERE EVERYTHING ALTHOUGH THIS WAS LONG BEFORE MY TIME EARLY 70'S I DO RECALL WATCHING THE MOVIE SHARING FAYE DUNAWAY & THE OTHER I CAN'T RECALL @ THE MOMENT THEY WERE HORRIBLE PEOPLE TO SAY THE LEAST BUT I WONDER WHAT THEY WERE TRULY THINKING DURING THE AMBUSH KNOWING THAT THEY HAD ABSOLUTELY NO CHANCE OF GETTING OUT OF THIS SO YOUNG TOO SMDH WHY DID THEY WANT TO LIVE A LIFE OF CRIME LIKE THIS WE'LL NEVER KNOW
Fantastic vlog throughly enjoyed it. im not shook by the death photos had to look at them alot while researching mine and my bf's halloween costume back in 2018 I actually used your previous video showing the death car and Clyde's shirt as a reference for our costumes 👍
My grandmother was 2yrs older than Bonnie. My Dad was 10 when B&C were ambushed & killed. He loved telling me stories about WW2 & gangsters. He told me the story of B&C when I was a little girl back in the 1970s
I lived in Shreveport la. Most of my life. Over the years I've worked construction in and around Gibsland. Been to the ambush spot many times. The original marker was shot to pieces and they eventually erected a new one. Gibsland is so quiet untill Bonny and Clyde trade days comes around. Great deer hunting in that area. The town just looks historical. I no longer live In Louisiana. Moved to Florida a couple years ago.
Enjoy your work, Scott. Love your humor, also. I've seen several of your vids and know you're very compassionate. B & C were killers... Humor doesn't dishonor them one bit. Lol'ed at the sound effects for the cat. Be safe and take care. And thanks.
Desmond Dekker and The Aces. 🎼🎵Get up in the morning slaving for bread sir. So that every mouth can be fed. Poor, me isrealites. Shirt them a tear up trousers a go. I dont want to end up like Bonnie and Clyde.🎶 . This tune comes to my mind.
My family has ties to them. My mom just asked me "I thought he only came on Thursdays." I was like. "No that's only live chats. He puts new videos up on Sunday or on weekends." According to my grandma. They asked directions from a cousin of ours during that time. Before their red River crash. And according to her. An uncle was a TX ranger law enforcement officer and was a part of the looking for them. Idk if he was part of the ambush but he helped track them down. Which I think it's cool.
@@amyconway9923 I thought so. Plus I didn't dare argue with my grandma over it lol. There's a historical marker about 45 miles north of my town about their crash. Every time we passed it and if she was with us. We had to stop and read it lol.
thanks scott for your videos, as always, but above all now, cause this damned corona virus, which forces us at the moment to quarantine at home, here in italy, the situation is serious, many many infections, the doctors are doing a huge great job , all is closed, I’m at home from work (airport) but there are also many people that don’t understand to stay at home, hopefully it will end, thanks for keeping me company on these afternoons or nights. Prayers for the people who died, and for the people who are in hospital now, and for all the world, because this virus is not only in Italy.. ✌🏼
Bonnie and Clyde were in a shootout with police in the town I currently reside in, Joplin, MO. Most of the famous photos you see of them came from film they had left behind and developed by the Joplin Globe. The apartment garage where they stayed is available for staying in. Great video, and the humor was appropriate considering the topic. They killed officers in the Joplin shootout :(
I enjoyed seeing the spot , seeing the museum . Yes by all means they did terrible things ! They were outlaws ..... I would encourage more research . There’s a lot more to their story . From a human standpoint . I won’t put it here but, do the research and I believe you would have a deeper appreciation for what you just seen .
I remember there's a song Bonnie and Clyde I can't remember the words but I also remember Warren Beatty played Clyde and Bonnie was played by Faye Dunaway do you remember that Scott. Peace Love always. Over.
What's up Scott awesome video love Bonnie and Clyde the Bonnie and Clyde death car is somewhat here in California it's at the state line casinos between California and Nevada at least it has been for the past couple years anyways but thanks for the video it's pretty awesome.
What do you do when you watch all of Scott's videos??? Oh yeah, go back and watch them again.. my husband actually showed me your channel Scott his name is Westley Spears.. he is one of your subscribers and I would say your biggest fan.. your awesome Scott. Keep up the great videos...
In the most recent movie that was made about Bonnie & Clyde, Clyde had the gift of premonition. As a kid, he had a vision of Bonnie, & knew that was the girl who was destined to be with, & then shortly before the ambush, he a d premonition of that too.
