considering the way some of those clips were demi's actual range would be Bb2 - C#6 - Bb7 lol but her actual *sung* live range is B2 - B5/C6 - C#7

Ariana did that B5 note live, and she went sharp and cracked at C6. So that's technically her highest belt.

That D6 from Taylor is from a video Making Of A Song: This Is Why We Can´t Have Nice Things. She did a little series of videos from writing and recording sessions for her album Reputation. In this particular one she was showing her producer Jack Antonoff an idea she had around production. She went actually even higher in that video. She went up to E6, she cracked on that note but base on how easily she went there i assume she could hit E6 or even higher if she was properly warmed up and took it seriously. There is actually E6/F6 mixed in a background of her song Illicit Affairs, but we still wonder if it´s her voice or instrument, it´s very far back in the background and bit distorted so there´s equal chance for both options. 7:15 Also notes go: C, C#, D, Eb, E, F, F#, G, G#, A, Bb, B So yeah B5 is 2 semitones higher than A5.

Both Mariah’s A5 and Whitney’s G#5 were from the studio, Mariah’s was lipped live and I think it was slightly changed from the studio, although she sang most of that song live(The One) while Whitney’s was from the studio recording of “I’m every woman”

Yes the A5 is lower than B5. Every note that has "b" (flat) is an semitone lower and "#" (sharp) is an semitone higher. Eb5, for example, is one semitone lower than E5, also is one semitone higher than D5, so it can be also D#5, you know?

♭ is flat and ♯ is sharp. the notes go C, D, E, F, G, A, B, then C again in the next octave. some people do C#, some people do D♭, they’re the same note. i use the former so: C, C♯, D, E♭, F, F♯, G, G♯, A, B♭, B. so A is lower than B. also, they did use both studio and live range. i wish they would have separated head voice/falsetto from whistle tho.

The scales are C5-C#5-D5-Eb5/D#5-E5-F5-F#5-G5-G#5-A5-Bb5/A#5-B5 and C6 ( Im referring to the ari clip btw) Same applies with the notes in any octave. There are 12 semitones in one octave aswell. If you count the note scale i did above then you'd see that there are 12 notes (excluding the D#5 and A#5 theyre just a different way you could say Eb and Bb..sometimes vocal coaches like to use either just B lile Cb and Gb..they stand for Cflat and Gfalt although theyre just B and F# in other words.But to cut a long story short A5 is two semitones lower ( or one note whatever you want to say lol) off B5.
