I am so tired of people hating on my 100....If your band has not met the criteria to get a Sudler Award yet....Well enough said...Get your Sudler Award...and also take the title America's Band away too....Then maybe I will listen to some hate, but until then..... I'm just going to ignore it because it comes off so childish. I appreciate other bands. Don't get me wrong, but I love FAMU. I'm just mature enough to give other bands props and I have seen others give us props too. Maturity.

I won't necessarily say that. Ohio State is a great marching unit in its own right, just as FAMU is. That would be great to see two bands that can PLAY!!
I'm with you I'm a Wildcat lover and really hate SU then FAMU but I must say that was a INCREDIBLE! Nice tone quality the head dm could have done a better solo but that was an incredibly awesome performance! I commend you guys!
Damn, this was one of the weekends I must've partied HARD on that Fri. night and slept until 3 that Sat. LMAO! That's the ONLY WAY I could've missed FAMU on College Gameday! But to all those who say "FAMU is a Minstrel Show band and can't do anything but dance and hop around on the field" - put this shit in your pipe and smoke it! Your bands haven't done 1/10 of what they do and have done!
No, I'm in a high school marching band. I'll be trying out for a drum corps too. But no military bands (they're not very good too with the whole marching thing).
"Perhaps one of the greatest marching bands in the land" Yeah hahaha that's a good one. They may be entertaining but they don't sound good. I'd love to see them play while doing an ACTUAL marching show

Well for some people, they may be fun to watch. But for anyone who knows anything about marching band, the entertaining part is how well a band (or corp) can march their drill and play. If the drill and music is awesome, like the Cavaliers 2002 and 2003 shows, then you'll have the entire stadium on their feet cheering. FAMU, as I said, isn't good.
@@crimepunishmenttv8141 HBCU bands still don't get the recognition they deserve when they arguably sound better and put on better shows than most PWI bands (and this is coming from a person who goes to PWI)
I know exactly what I'm talking about seeing as how it's my opinion. Take their drum line for example. They suck! Their sticking is terrible (both the height and the phasing) and they seriously need to work on being not so muddy and off.
