With the lyrics- I think this song is about this girl who has a crush on her friend. She doesn’t know how to convey this because she thinks this person truly doesn’t like her back. "Even if I conveyed these feelings to you." "The silhouette reflected in your eyes is definitely not me." She doesn’t want to let this person go even when she knows thinking alone won’t get them together. She wants to keep the "disguise" of them being friends in hopes maybe someday they’ll fall in love. She knows it would be easier to give up on the crush but she wants to believe there is a chance.
