I've been a fan of futurama since I was a kid, in fact it's probably one of the first shows I really remember getting into, even more than the simpsons, I have a lot of love for this show still and it's clear these guys do too, but I'm just not feeling it, a lot of effort has gone in but maybe I just can't appreciate it for what it is because of how I still feel about the cartoon!

Disappointing to have it end in the middle and have a 10 minute Hypnotoad segment. I was hoping the credits were a joke and the rest of the film was going to start back up.

This has the potential to be amazing, I loved everything but one thing stood out... It seemed like there was only one take done per scene, and they just kinda stuck it in the movie. The dialogue seemed extremely forced too, but I still watched the whole thing.... All I want in life is a new season of Futurama

Due respect intended, but the acting on Leela and Fry were a bit iffy at some points. But, that's the only criticism I can honestly give. The special effects look better than some blockbusters I've seen, Nixon was SPOT ON, the professor was voiced near perfectly, the set up and plot seems fitting of Futurama, and it's abundantly clear how much passion when into this. If there was ever to be a live action Futurama series, I would want it to live up to this quality.

Amazing job guys! It was fun and entertaining to watch. This seriously need millions of views!

Wow, this is up there with some of the Portal fan films. Is it perfect? Nah, but give it a bigger budget and this could seriously be a great feature length movie if the current rights owners decide to make one. This is a fantastic proof of concept!

You get just respect for using mostly practical effects.They were pretty impressive.Also that Zack Branigan was spot on

this is very close to an episode but not quite. the writing is a little on the nose and feels more reference-y but that's what I expect from fan made rather than original so it's really good.

i'm impressed they got rich little to do nixon!! i'm sure he doesn't come cheap. very cool work !

This is a wonderful film and if you can't appreciate or enjoy the story, humor, or acting you can at least appreciate the costumes and detailed props. This is an unofficial fan production you can't expect Hollywood effects, so for what it is as a fan film it's actually some of the best I've seen.

This needs to be turned into a tv series the only thing I'd suggest is a little more fine tuning for Liela's eye but other then that superb job guys

The last 10 minutes were AMAZING!

So let me just say this as a die hard Futurama fan, i understand your love and passion for the series but please just let the Futurama people make Futurama. This was not a Futurama story, and it had elements that Futurama wouldn't have (portions of the beer commercial showing full on bewbs 2:17 2:32 (yes the nips are covered but barely and this is just one example) where they always "suggested" and then used clever jump cuts etc. so you didn't follow Futurama by being clever) It seems you blew your budget on all of the superfluous items, ship details, nibbler, hypnotoad, etc. I also understand you weren't going for exact but interpretations, but the only character I felt that were even near their counterparts were Hermes, Amy, Head of Nixon, and to a breif extent Bender, unsurprisingly the had the best voices and closet to their counterparts. Sound is a BIG part of an animated series, if its off, its OFF. Leela seemed out of proportions in the eye dept and the rest of her, she seemed to small. Fry appears to be just a guy you found and threw in a "Fry Suit". Dr. P and Dr. Z while make up was impressive just didn't have the articulation that the characters have in the show and were slightly "off' because of it. The cgi effects were all too plastic/fake. Any time the characters were on a green screen set it was "phantom menace jar jar horrible". If you're going to do the live action commit, either make models or rent a hanger and dress it accordingly. You don't have to have EVERY detail just hit a few of the key ones, and certainly don't linger to say "hey see this is where we spent out $$$"! While i'm sure you're seeking for funds to do more and that's why you went with the co-op of the zapp bit, when I saw the 31 min time, I went in thinking I was going to get a full episode of story, not 5 min of "Hey we're questing for BEER!" and "Oh good news everyone deliver this "doomsday device!" then some credits and 10 min of week hypnotoad... Again not sure if you're doing some of this just to not get sued, but the sound again was wonky for hypnotoad and the eyes... just not correct. I feel overall this would have been a great photoshoot set(s) or if anything maybe get the permission to redux a real episode and pic one of your faves to recreate scene for scene, would be a better task for you guys. Sorry if I'm being over critical but just like a lot of the other "fan films" out there of the star wars, and star trek universes its just not up to snuff and why its just a "fan film" and typically always a disappointment. Anywho this is just my 2996 coolio ;) take it or leave it.

I don't understand people. This is a FREE fan film that people put a lot of time, effort, money, and love into. It costs the viewer nothing. If you don't like it, shut up and leave. If you do, say something nice! But just denigrating something (while you're probably pantsless in your mother's basement doing nothing) is pathetic and rude. And worst of all, it decreases the likelihood of other creative ventures in the future. No one wants their labor of love trashed online by anonymous morons.

Slapped the faces of certain producers who take games and animes to make movies and spoil. You guys made a great job!

well it propably is impossible to pass the uncanny valley with realtime futurama, but that doesnt changet the fact that its amazing.

As an indie filmmaker I don't like nitpicking other people's work (I do love this by the way). But it would have been cooler if they did all the characters in heavy character prosthetics like the professor. Makeup and practical effects were top notch btw!!!!

Voices were really close, but the "acting" kind of ruined it for me. Bender, Farnsworth, Hermese and Zoidberg were spot-on. The props and the puppets, especially Nibbler, were the best part.

The voices are off putting and the limitations of real life do show a bit but a lot of effort went into this and I did get a few good laughs out of this. All in all it was enjoyable.
