For this relaxing sleep video I filmed a rotating fan with unique lighting. I then used a filter effect in abobe to make the iridescent glow that you see as the fan slowly moves. It was filmed in a corner of the sound studio, so all the sound would be reflected back towards the microphones.
I then added in the 432hz frequency. This frequency has been proven to be a healing frequency since it reduces anxiety, lowers the heart rate, and blood pressure. It is also know as the sleep frequency or earth frequency. It is often associated as resonating with the frequency of the planet often called the Schumann resonance, which is about 8 Hz. This reduces stress, helps you feel relaxed and improves sleep.
I also added in the 528hz frequency. There is clear evidence that 528hz produces physical effects in the body that reduce stress and anxiety. It can be used during the day when a break in a tough or before bed if worries are keeping you up and awake. It’s also been suggested that 528 Hz is deep-rooted in nature and can be found in oxygen, rainbows, grass, and the buzzing of bees.
