She is losing fat , its not that by working out with a rope will magicly give you abs and working out qith a rope doesnt even target those muscle , no matter hpw much you train your abs it wont be visible unless you lose fat

Wow! thank you Lauren , you’ve inspired me . I’ve been working on a move called a Belgian Can Opener. That’s where you do a wiggle wiggle super combo with one leg tied behind your back while bungee jumping from a hot air balloon . Should be fun, check it out.🙃

My daughter is a gymnast and she does warm-up jump ropes on her balance beam -the slow down videos -where you show your combinations are really great- we’re gonna work on this next week !!!! 👊🏼
It started off slow so I didn't expect it to be interesting. Then when the beat dropped my mouth dropped also. Not only is this girl fine but she's got the moves. I'm sure her husband feels he is extremely blessed
@@joshuamccrea9634 just watch the oscillating plants and tree limbs in background when she starts jump roping - they don’t change their rate of oscillation at all! Conclusion: no she is not speeding it up this is actually how fast she does it.
