9 years.. and still one of my favorite songs!

Spent the last half hour trying to remember this song....I REMEMBERED! It's a big relief, because this is such a good song

i had the privilege of meeting and talking with these guys the other night. such an incredible show.

Simply everything about this song is one word, beautiful. The music, the voices, the people, the instruments, the lyrics, the simplicity, just everything.

Just rediscovered this song. Still love it. Seems like a lifetime ago I was hanging by my feet in that straitjacket though. Crazy times.

I love how music is becoming just music and theres no border between Rock, indie, powerpop, hip hop, or anything, great artist are just using instruments and sounds and making music without borders, God bless Beirut, Nujabes, K- Murdock, Emancipator and this guys!

It's a great music and it is a great band and Beirut is also a great band with great songs, so I don't understand all these bad comments about they seem similar. Grow up people!

When I first heard the album Reservoir it struck me as familiar, like I had heard it long ago in my childhood. I asked my brother about it, but he said the album had only recently come out. You guys have such a classic indie feel to your music, and such great spirit. The music strikes me as melancholy, and you play with such energy, PLEASE come to Montreal.

Michael Lee is the Escape Artist on tour with them doing the Upsidedown straight jacket Escape... He performed Live with them at WEBSTER Hall on Dec 18 , He was Spectacular ! R.walker only did the Video.

Hello and happy new year... I know its February, but what you gonna do? Its the thought that counts right :) This video was so much fun to make. Was my first music video. The band are great and Iain & Jane were just lovely. I'm glad so many people like the song and the video. I had to perform the escape in full 7 times. I was actually bleeding by the end of the shoot! So no it wasn't easy doing it hanging by my feet. Was such a buzz doing it though!!! Here's to 2010 :D

Some songs just demand to be listened to with headphones on for the true experience possible. Don't get me wrong, overall one of my favorite songs ever. But I listened to it while doing chores the other day without headphones, and listening with headphones is about 100x better.

The sound reminds me a bit of Beirut -- nothing against that, however. This kind of music makes me wish I was sitting by the sea in Greece, listening to these guys place all day long. It also makes me wish I could play the trumpet ...!

@thestrangesdays I noticed the Zach Condon similarity too.. In the song Drowning Men he reminds me of the vocalist from Clap Your Hands Say Yeah. I love these guys.. I hope they make lots of music.

I hear a slight Beirut influence, (and maybe the Decemberists?) but honestly they always sounded more like Neutral Milk Hotel to me, and that is hands down my favorite band. Thus, i LOVE Fanfarlo.
