A hearing in Georgia took place Thursday where a judge considered a motion to disqualify prosecutor Fani Willis from the state's election interference case against Donald Trump. Michael Roman, a former Republican National Committee staffer, alleged that Willis had an improper relationship with special prosecutor Nathan Wade, paid him more than $650,000 for his work for the D.A.'s office and then benefited financially from the relationship when Wade allegedly took her on cruises and trips. The hearing will continue Friday morning.

Most places use cards, and change is a problem using different currencies bc you get stuck with the local currency if you used dollars to pay.

A District Attorney who prosecutes RICO cases doesn't know what a "prohibited source" is, doesn't know what to fill out on a financial disclosure statement, doesn't know that while allowing a "prohibited source" to purchase large ticket items worth $2500 that she should have a paper trail to prove that they were above board? I listened to both Willis's and Wade's testimony, which both are very conflicting. DA Willis is very unprofessional and displayed anger toward the questions asked.. In my humble onion and observation of Mr. Wades testimony she was played by Mr. Wade I believe her anger comes from embarrassment of her dirty laundry being aired in public. Lesson here is don't throw rocks if you live in a glass house.

She and her boyfriend said they dealt only in cash - no credit card receipts, no bank deposit slips etc. - that's how the mob works! No paper trail! They both should be disqualified from the case and disbarred if the judge determines they were lying about when their relationship started!*

My understanding is that It’s a form of embezzlement of taxpayers $. She is the DA, very powerful position who decides which legal contractors to hire and how much to pay them for the state. Apparently the law firm her boyfriend worked got paid 4 times what the other legal contractors got paid for the same work, despite what they said to the contrary. This raises questions of corruption. Also, he worked under her so there’s a conflict of interest. The extra taxpayers $ paid to him got funneled from him to her and him in the form of these expensive trips and other benefits. This is why relationships between bosses and subordinates are discouraged or need to be disclosed which it wasn’t. It’s scary that she’s a DA,but sounds so unprofessional, corrupt, too defensive, and a bit racist. Doing all this using cash also is a big red flag when u want to hide something. It’s like me working for the government, hiring 4 people, all doing same work and same experience and all get paid the same except one getting paid 4x the others. I date the one getting paid more and sharing the extra $ with me. The funneling or embezzlement taxpayers $ to yourself and girlfriend. Hope this helps.
