Because they had no evidence she took money from Wade since she told them she always paid her own way or reimbursed him. They appeared to be shocked that she kept money at home! This whole hearing or what ever it’s called was a waste of taxpayers money!
I hope so too and it is his election year, around May I think. It will interesting largely based on his love of career vs ethics and credibility. Fani's whole team should be pulled from the case and reassigned, starting all over, even determining if their enough evidence to go into a new case. That's just my opinion.
