I loved how it jumped onto Jacob's back with no hesitation and despite not knowing Jacob at all. But he probably saw Jacob and Newt in a future vision and decided Jacob was a good soul. I like the Demiguise.
@@lenanana8 No. Demiguise sees only immediate future. But I think it sensed that Jacob trusts Newt. Animals have more acute sense than humans do they can sense fear and trust. Demiguise sensed that Jacob trusts Newt
The entire movie could have been like this. Just a couple of Wizards and a human helping Newt get his animals back and then him being on his merry way. That could have been THE ENTIRE MOVIE and I would have LOVED it.
we could or should have gotten a movie with just Newt handlign the creatures and telling the viewers what they are where they live if theyr dangerouse and why how you "tame" them /befriend them and more such a stuff could be a 4 hour long movie and i would love to watch it i mean Newt have a swooping Evil ,,,,who can deflect spells ,,,but it not really explaisn how also they feed mostly on human brains ,,,,,so what does Newt feed him ?
I could not agree more! It could have a trilogy focusing only about Newt and his fantastic beasts and how they could have been threatened by the rise of Grindenwald in a very troubled environment. But that's all. From the 2nd film it only focused on Grindenwald and the 3rd was by far the more disappointing movie of the trilogy with barely anything left about the fantastic beasts....
Symbiote Veil He sees the most likely future, not a certain future. And he knew they'd be alright, and moving to get what's Queenie kicked could have caused something else to happen.
I love this scene. It's hilarious and the fantastic beasts are adorable! But I'm only just now realizing how ridiculous these wizards are. They could've transfigured a roach and a teapot and accio'd what they didn't have close to them. 😒
For all the comments about why the Occamy is called a monster in the title, my guess is that the word 'monster' is referring to the size of the creature. I've heard people refer to their own animals who are very large as monsters and even I myself do it too.
I love this series and I will defend it......... but I have to call BS that she was able to catch a flying cockroach in a teapot after running across the room with no visible use of magic. lol
You know... if the movies had been like this and a group of people running around saving creatures from smuggling rings and stuff and seeing the rest of the magical world instead just in Britain or America. Like, spells can’t be the only magic right? Rituals, talismans etc
I wish we got to see more of its wings in large form... but then again I red designers interview & they said if Occamy was flying around etc it would be too confusing with Thunderbird
Fantastic Beasts should have just all been scenes like this. It should have solely focused on the beasts because that’s why I love the series. They could have had a separate series for the Dumbledore/Grindelwald story.
The biggest issue is the roach would have flown when thrown into the air most likely. Those type of roaches fly, and hang out in trees and wood furnishing, house interiors etc
IMO WB should have done with Fantastic Beasts what Lucasfilm did with the “A Star Wars Story” spinoffs (Rogue One and Solo). Just create a group of standalone stories with only a tangential connection to the main Harry Potter series. Fantastic Beasts could have just been Newt like this trying to recover his Beasts in NYC and finish his book but without Grindelwald (maybe he’s trying to find the Beasts before a magical poacher gets them). Another film could have been a sports comedy based on Quidditch through the Ages. Another one could have been an anthology of The Tales of Beedle the Bard that are told in animated shorts similar to the one in Deathly Hallows. Or take that 5 page prequel short story about James and Sirius and give us a grown up Marauders movie
Am I the only one tho thinks its design is a bit... awkward???? Mainly bcuz of wrongly placed wings.... If they added wings closer to the neck, he would look way more beautiful (so upper body would resamble bird or dragon) with long serpentine tail - so streching /extending body would make more sense.
The first installment was great, but even there, the subplot with Creedence and Graves/Grindelwald already ruins it all. And it worsens in the second and the third films, with all incoherences and finally, Newt becomes enslaved to Dumbledore's wills. And five years later still does not make out with Tina.
They really mock the time when Adam and eve where in the garden of Eden with the Lord and his angels. Satan was still there at th7s time. During th7s time Satan wanted to become like God and really hated his most loved creation........Man!! He entered the garden of Eden and and tempted with the fruit of knowledge. Once man bite th7s fruit, he gave up his innocence and man was cut off from god. This is when the white creature disappears. Satan has disconnected man from heaven. Satan and ONE THIRD of the angels in tried to rise against him and lost. Satan was cast to the along with the one third the rebelled. He gave santan complete power over the earth. He just couldn't roam it neither could his fallen angels. God put him at the bottom of the earth. "HELL" THEN HE COVERED THE EARTH TO CONTAIN AND KEEP FROM HIM FROM LEAVING THIS REALM UNTIL HE RETURNS TO DEFEAT HIM. He is imprisoned here,WE ARE NOT!!!! SO THE TEAPOT AT THE ENDING OF TH7S SCENE REPRESENTING GODS EARTH. THE WOMAN HOLDING IT REPRESENTS THE HUMANS THAT EMBRACE THIS SATAN CONTAIN LED EARTH AND WILL DIE FOR IT. THE MAN TO THE LEFT WITH THE "METAL" LID YES METAL LID SYMBOLISING THE INVINCIBLE FIRMAMENT, RUNS FROM THE LEFT OF THE TEAPOT AS SATAN IS IN THE TEAPOT EATING THE ROACH THAT SYMBOLISES MAN'S FREE WILL. HE PLACES THE LID OVER THE TOP. THE EARTH HAS SATAN CONTAIN ED WITH A LID OVER HIM. I WATCH ED THIS SCENE ABOUT 155 TIMES!!! THAT'S WHAT I REPRESENTING AND "THAT'S THE TRUTH!!" JESUS IS COMING!! BE VISUALANT!!! IN ADDITION, WE'RE NOT LOCKED IN THE TEAPOT!! WE CAN LEAVE THOUGH JESUS CHRIST!! HE IS THE WAY!!
The Curtains Were Blue ............. What your English teacher thinks: "the curtains represent represent his immense depression and lack of will to carry on." What the author meant: "The curtains were fucking blue." ......... This is a perfect of what TV Tropes named Everyone Is Jesus Purgatory. Gr8 b8 m8.
