The sound that first train made as it accelerated sounds supernatural and eerie. The only thing I like about non Underground trains is that they give a smooth ride, with very little noise entering the passenger saloon areas. While my interest in trains lies exclusively with Underground trains, my favourite train interior is that of London Overground trains, it is mentally calming. However, the absolute WORST decision regarding London Overground trains is that the design of the cab-front is reminiscent of National Rail trains, they should have designed London Overground trains so as to make them look distinctly different from National Rail trains, as is the case with London Underground trains which are distinctly different from National Rail trains. The absolute WORST decision regarding the design of DLR trains was to give them flat roofs which always look atrocious at best.
