This Dr. Doom honestly isn't as bad as the reputation he gets. I do think Julian was well cast. It's just that he was in the background too often for both movies.

Electricity manipulation with his cellular composition being turned to metal in the movie from what i understand. He also appears capable of channeling his electricity through metallic objects somehow What the other guys are saying is in the comics

The properties of rubber are not relevant, Reed is still made of flesh and blood, only his DNA is modified to stretch and mold his body more easily, is still as vulnerable to electricity as anyone.

In The comics the HULK always Wins. The ANGRYER hull gets, the Stronger Hulk gets. The Thing Always Needs to Eat Large quantités of Food, to keep his Strenght.
