Talk about all the possibilities available here. The small bedroom combined with the kitchen is an outstanding idea. Upstairs is where some ingenuity is called for. I would glass in part of that very valuable floor space of terrace 1 adding a new enclosed bathroom demolishing the old one for a larger bedroom or stand alone rental/guest suite. Terrace 2 would make a phenomenal entertainment space. Outdoor kitchen, a bath steps away etc. Or not and live in it as is.

2nd terrace & top bedroom would be great for visitors or.......And I love your idea of opening the wall between kitchen and the small bedroom for a lounge. ❤

Great apartment! An easy solution would be to use the 3rd bedroom as a lounge. That allows for easy access to the terraces. I'd probably remove the wall between the 2 terraces to make one large terrace. Given the price, it would be terribly expensive to turn this home into something really special.

Great property, just missing nice mountain views - udderwise I really like it, and I would have sooo many tomatoes and peppers and eggplants on that terrace!!! And morning coffee udder the enclosed portion on a nice table! :=8D

Is the door at the top with something in front of it another apartment? How many other apartments in the building?

Since they own the last two floors and terraces, isn't it simpler to put a door on the first floor and use the real stairs instead of the spiral staircase? Of course if permissions can be granted to do so...

I wonder how the SECOND upstairs apartment fits in, perhaps a neighbor who uses the second terrace? I did see the chair outside their door, right next to the terrace door. I would appreciate your information.

Unless someone else requires access up that stairwell why not move the door on the 2nd floor and make the rest of that stairwell interior to the apartment. Spiral stairs are not ideal especially for elderly folks and the handicapped.. Price seems good for the unit.
