Just getting home in time for the ASG, sorry I missed you guys live. Looking forward to see Paul Skenes and Corbin Burnes in the first inning. I should be getting back to my old schedule to see you guys live, like before. Great video, as usual guys. 👍
Hi Anthony! We get it, sometimes life gets in the way of fantasy baseball lol. Regardless, we really appreciate your support! And for what it’s worth, Skubal should’ve gotten the start over Burnes, but we’re also a little biased. See you soon!
@@StonedonSportsFantasyBaseball No, that's not bias, Skubal should have gotten the start. No doubt about Skenes though. He looked a little nervous but he pitched well, especially considering his age and the fact that he only has 11 starts under his belt. Skenes starting was also something that was good for MLB, he's an exciting young player and MLB can use the boost with younger people. I don't usually hop on the pitcher bandwagon but Skenes seems different. He really reminds me of Nolan Ryan, he's got the stuff and he's extremely competitive. I like guys that have that fire and feel they can beat anyone. Great show guys, talk to you soon. Happy baseball!!
Who wins the trade rest of season? (10 man points league no redraft) Team #1 receives: Corbin Burnes Jose Altuve CJ Abrams Team #2 receives: Paul skenes Ketel Marte Anthony Volpe
Hi Antwan, thanks for checking out the show! Though Skenes is arguably the best player in that trade, I’m going with team 1. Burnes is a top 5 pitcher, Altuve is doing his thing, and we’re watching Abrams breakout season unfold. Meanwhile, Volpe is headed in the wrong direction batting .194/.222/.277 with 11 xbh, just 6 BB and 39 Ks since June 1st. Marte is certainly having a great season so far, but I’m generally leery of players having a 10th year breakout. Hope this helps, good luck!
Sup fellers, feliz taco Tuesday! Great episode, hope you’re gearing up for a great ASG. Getting an offer of JRod/Wacha for Bradley/Gil. What do you think?? H2H Pts.
Hey hey, thanks for checking out the show! We’ve seen Gil cool off quite a bit lately, which is expected with a rookie. Bradley has been lights out at home, but much more hittable on the road. Wacha is fine, but definitely a step down from those other 2 pitchers. If you’ve got a deep enough rotation to take the hit, I’d say go for it with the understanding that you may be kicking yourself later in JRod doesn’t put up a great second half
@@StonedonSportsFantasyBaseball rotation and outfield is pretty deep. Skubal/Ragans/Sale/Crochet and Soto/Greene/Nimmo. I’m leaning towards an ACCEPT. Thanks for the advice! Love the show! Keep up the great work!
