My review on the Fantech Nova WGP14 controller and focused more PS4 use. There are no other controller with hall effect sticks that work on ps4. I would not recommend it solely for PC use, as there are better options. But this controller can be hard to find now if you're not in Asia. Official site is marked as out of stock, as they have a new variant the Nova 2/Pro. I will review that next as I have it too.

@@lol_mam It acts like a dualshock 4 on pc. It will work wired or through bluetooth. Still not advisable for pc, there are better options that supports x-input.

@@lol_mam Same price: 1. 8bitdo Ultimate 2.4G hall effect edition 2. Gamesir T4 Cyclone Pro Budget options ($30 and under) 1. 8bitdo Ultimate 2C 2. Gamesir Nova Lite 3. Aolion K10 There is also the Gamesir Tarantula Pro, same symmetrical sticks. Has trigger stops and metal sticks, but cost $70-$80.

Is this controller any good compared to a dualshock 4? Which would you prefer and why?

@@CrusaderX5 I would prefer this, the biggest factor are the hall effect sticks. This is much bigger size than a dualshock 4, it has the same feel of a dualsense controller.

@@ChocoAL14 how are the triggers and L1 R1 buttons? I also heard about d-pad issues, what's your experience on that?

@@CrusaderX5 L1 R1 are membrane buttons, so it won't have issues. The triggers are good, but a bit harder to press than a standard ds4. I have no issues with the d-pad, ps4 games don't rely too much on d-pad anyway.

@@muhdfarezwan2027 It is hard to press, but I never cared much for back buttons anyway. I tried playing with it (I even bought ds4 attachment), but it just messes with my muscle memory.

Also not only the face button is noisy like you said,but the button feels hard when pressed ,which is not good to play games like tekken@@ChocoAL14

@@yzx9122 Phone chargers are ok, as long as they are regular 10w (5v 2a) chargers. Those QC/PD chargers are not safe for controllers.

@@ChocoAL14does that mean lack of PS5 support is Sony's fault? If the controller can connect to a PS5 but only play PS4 games that sounds like the controller isn't the issue.

@@WallaWaller It acts like a dualshock 4 when connected to a ps5. Sony won't let you play ps5 games with a dualshock 4.
