This guy is the best teacher i have watched on the subject, most others are incoherent at best. im dumb so i need someone that can explain things in a straight forward and logical way.

wow! i haven't even started studying robots but, this guy has given a lot of insight to Robotics

Remember watching this last year fast forward getting very close to having hands on experience with programming and running these fanuc robots excited.

What idiots gave his video thumbs down? This content in excellent and anyone who knows or wants to learn this kind of info knows it. I used to teach classes on Yaskawa/Motoman and my students were very succesful. But, to be perfectly honest, this guy is a better instructor than I was.

I gave this a thumbs down. Our engineers can be robotic experts but not knowing the trade skill the robot uses means just a mere robot operator is an overpaid unskilled idiot

@@howardhughes6212 Anyone involved with the robot (from engineers to technicians to operators) need to understand at least this much about the robot. Regardless of which groups need what level of training, this guy does a great job at teaching this introductory material. There is no reason to give his video a thumbs down.

@@cornpop7805 You must be a democrat or an idiot. You lost a debate and rather coming back with evidence to support your point you go to "mental health." What a loser lol. I bet when you found your wife with another man you said she needed to get help and she did. Get a job kid. preferably not with robot.

This is very good. We've inherited a FANUC 200 iD/4S from another division (with not training material) and I am trying to figure out how to use it.

A CNT of Zero will also act as a code break and stop look ahead. In material handling, using a CNT0 at pick and place locations will prevent code look-ahead and prevent unwanted IO issues like grippers closing/opening too early. CNT of 65 and above will blend a corner without as much of a noticeable lag in the corner.

Dear sir, If i put cnt100 after then robot moves directly p1 to p3....and left(bypass) p2. Is right or not
@BlcokedAccount
@BlcokedAccount 2 года назад
CNT values affect the accuracy of a point. The higher the CNT value is (from 0 to 100) the more the point accuracy is decreased. Depending on how your points are laid out, it may seem as if the robot is skipping P[2], but it isn't, the tolerance around the point is so large that it only seems like the robot is bypassing the point. Change your CNT to 0 and run the points again. Increase the CNT by 20 and keep running the same points, this will give you a better understanding of how CNT works.

This fool knows the theory but if you put him on the job site and make him produce a part using a robot he would fail miserably. Knowing the trade first whether it be machining or welding, puts you light years ahead of someone that can play with software
@HansolControl
@HansolControl 2 года назад
You’re a total dipshit. This man served the country as a technician aboard nuclear submarines, did his time in industry and now dedicates his life to teaching others. He has personally taught myself and others who “produce a part” with robots every day. This week my programming and robots picked millions of parts from injection molds, boxed and palletized hundreds of thousands of pounds of food and goods, assembled and tested thousands of medical devices, and machined hundreds of parts for aircraft. These are just the projects I remember off hand. What have you done this week?
