With this song I wonder if she’s part mermaid, luring us in with her siren song. 🧜♀️ Definitely some theremin vibes, in that last run at least. Mostly I like the wordplay in the song. Illusions to everything about the relationship being theater. “It’s imagination, we’re hallucinating, making up a story that’s not there.” But in the chorus, the scientific minds, acknowledging that it’s all wrong. I think this is still the only official recording of this song. Though there are a few audience cams of it, as it was her encore at some of her concerts last fall. Thanks for reacting.
