I’m so in love with her voice and her ornamental way of singing. She should be world famous. Definitely one of the best artists right now.

Thank you for reacting to Faouzia's "Elon," Coach Juliet. I'm so happy you loved it. Faouzia seemed to finish the song between 2019 and 2020, and since she only performed it at the concert and did not release it officially, I guessed it might hold a special significance for her

@@ms.chuckfu1088 Hi, you're right. I saw some vids on YT of Faouzia singing Elon on the Citizen Tour in Toronto or Chicago last year uploaded by some people😅 Although she didn't officially release the song. I hope she'll someday come to Portugal for concerts too:)

She is so unique ! Her phrasing, vocal dynamics and melodic placements flow and transition so naturally and effortlessly ! Her song writing ability is off the charts ! Lyrically so relatable ! Remember this is the final performance of her pandemic concert and she just sat on the edge of the stage and sang her heart out ! Just a piano i and Faouzia's voice is all that is needed ! Mind blowing ! Every song from this concert was a vocal treasure ! ! I want to thank you personally for your continued support of this wonderful artist and especially your vocal expertise it was great to hear ! Much thanks and love from Canada 👍🇨🇦❤️❤️❤️

Really enjoyed your reaction and I hope you'll do more Faouzia soon. I have a list of over 40 Faouzia songs that are worthy of reactions but for now I'll suggest "How It All Works Out (Stripped)" and also I think you'd enjoy something very different...her cover of the famous French song "Ne Me Quitte Pas".

That was great. Thank you for introducing me to Faouzia - I hadn't come across her before. I actually thought of Adele while she was singing in that lower range with the big, soulful notes. Would you say she's a mezzo soprano? What a talent, especially as she writes her own songs too. I really enjoyed that one and it's message.🤩

If you want to here her sing a Adele song here is a link of her singing "Hello" when she was just 15 ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-4A9IlozUCQs.html . It is very impressive.

@@dannyevers7956 Thanks. At 15 that was a great effort. RU-vid is great for seeing young singers/artists showcasing themselves and allowing us to follow their development. I'm also following Lucy Thomas whose voice at 15/16 was similarly amazing.

@@richeswebcraft after she posted that the manager she now has came looking for her at one of her concerts at a music festival. It defiantly got his attention. Before he approached her at the event she said she had never thought about music as a career. She is still going to the university for a engineering degree.

I don't understand what's going on here. I think your reactions are really good. I like your break down of the artist and the song. You're very informative and clear in your description. I think you should have well over 100,000 subscribers by now. And in case you're not aware Angelina Jordan just came out with her new original from her upcoming album a few days ago. Check it out "Love don't let me go".

I think the runs at the end is partly influenced by the "adzan" of Muslims call of prayer.
@kostaemini
@kostaemini 7 месяцев назад
I think it's Faouzia's own musical/vocals creativity. She's an accomplished musician and vocalist in her own right. With all due respect, since she has lived in Canada since she was a baby, the call to prayer would not be in her everyday life.

@@kostaeminiSorry to bust your bubble but shes originally Moroccan, so even if she has lived in Canada since little, the Moroccan roots haven't left her. Shes also mentioned in an interview (i think?) That she loves singing Moroccan songs and a certain artist that she liked (Umm Khultum) Let me find the video again and ill share

@@hwon_oxo I don't know what your problem is. Everyone knows she was born in Casablanca. And She's a Canadian citizen, or you could say she's Moroccan-Canadian if you like. That's what she said in the interview that her parents immigrated to Canada when she was a baby. I'm only telling @farisazim294 that 'adzan' can not be practiced in North America because of the noise regulations. yea I've heard her said she was about 5, she heard Umm Kalthūm in her father's car. She didn't even realize she was listening to the songs and automatically sang along with it, which inspired her Arabic singing. She also mentioned that she grew up listening to divas like Beyoncé and Celine Dion, which inspired her singing ability. She has never received training in singing and is self-taught.
