I am sorry to hear this. I hope this time is positive🙏🏾 How did you go about the language test certificate? I was told by the SEVE admission portal that irrespective of my graduation date, I don’t need the test since Nigeria is an English speaking country. Do you think there’s a miscommunication or this is true? Thank you.
Congratulations. The letter should state the next step to follow, which typically will be paying your tuition fees, applying for temporary authorisation to stay, registering your degree certificate and applying for a resident permit. All the best. Nuel

Hello Nuel..thanks for your videos and for the information shared so far. I'm Adelina from Zimbabwe and I recently applied for an advertised PhD position at the UNIVERSITY of Luxembourg's Faculty of Humanities and Education and got a response that my application is presently being given full consideration not sure if I'm going to be accepted yet but I wanted to find out if the university is responsible for paying accommodation for the first month and meeting the travelling costs to Luxembourg. If you have any ideas and experience pertaining to the issue of funding please do share. Regards, Adelina
I already sent an email to the Course Program Coordinator and he told me that I am eligible, I even sent my Transcript and CV via email to the email address I was able to get on the University Program website. But I want to be sure.
If you go the university website on the specific programme you are applying for, you will see the contact details of the course coordinator. If you want the email address of the study department then let me know. Kind regards Nuel.

If yes is it possible u interview the person so we know the actual step. But i know Phd can go with yhere family. So plz lets know about masters. Thanks for your effort always.
Hi, thanks for you kind words.Students who are legally living in the country can bring their dependents. The key thing here is that you have to show that you have the financial means to take care of your dependents including finances, accommodation, health insurances that covers all the family members. PhD researchers are mostly employed by the university so they have a reasonable good salary which may make it easier to fulfill those conditions. Now other students category have to also satisfy the same conditions and the onus is on the student to fulfil the conditions of bringing their dependents as stipulated by the law. Above all dont forget that your primary responsibility of coming to the country is to study, hence other needs should follow at the right time but patiently. Regards Nuel

Hello sir, Thank you for all the information ypu have been providing so far. I tried applying for MSc. Finance and Economics but the link to apply hasn't been going through since Feb. 5th. What do you advise? Thabk you
Students wishing to enrol in the University of Luxembourg must request recognition of their secondary school leaving certificate if and only if the diploma was not issued by the Luxembourg Ministry of Education. Hence, applying for a bachelor's degree requires that you use the recognition of your high school certificate before making the official application on the university application portal because you will be required to upload the certificate of equivalency. This is a mandatory requirement and may take some time. Also, computer science demands that you have passed some courses that are related to it in high school, for example, maths, physics, etc. For more, check out this link: www.uni.lu/en/admissions/diploma-recognition/ All the best Nuel (I am the human investor)
After you secure admission, the university will send you a letter with information about the next step, but usually, it will include the following steps: 1. Applying for the temporary authorisation to stay, which will enable you to secure your visa D to travel to Luxembourg 2. Applying for your diploma to be registered in the higher education section of the register of certificates kept by the Ministry of Higher Education and Research in Luxembourg 3. Applying for your residence permit You can check out my channel to watch the videos on how to make these applications. In addition, you may also visit the official website of the University of Luxembourg and the Immigration Directorate department for foreigners for more information. All the best. Nuel Good morning. Trust you slept well? Some comments says we can email the course director...woah; i never did that. Hope i am still on track? I submitted my documents since on the 2nd. My portal still displays " waiting for processing" hope i am still on track? Thank you
It is not a mandatory requirement to email the study coordinator. However, feel free to contact the study coordinator if you'd like to make some inquiries. That is why their contact is on the university website. Be patient. It may take days or weeks, depending on the volume of applications they are dealing with, and this is a busy period for them, so be patient and optimistic. you may also explore other admission options; it is always good to have plan B. Good luck with your application; fingers crossed. Kind regards Nuel (I am the human investor)

@@zizidavis826 Hi, you need to provide the language requirement stipulated by the university and there are two ways you can do that, as shown below: 1. University degree (Bachelor or Master level) certifying the completion of a programme in which the main language of instruction was the same as the teaching language(s) of the selected programme at the University of Luxembourg. NOTE: The diploma's graduation date must be within the last two years at the moment of the candidate’s application. If this condition is not fulfilled, the candidate must deliver a language certificate (see below). 2. Hi Nuel, you are doing a great job here. I would like to know if I can apply for master's degree with my Master's degree or Bachelor's degree or both? I also have pgde.
The minimum requirement is a bachelor's degree. Any extra certificate is at your discretion and up to you if you think it will give you an advantage. Regards Nuel
hello Nuel ,l have uploaded my wassce certificate in the admission portal .l received an email to submit the equivalence of my secondary school leaver’s certificate.can you please explain what to do.Thank you
The first thing to do if you want to apply for a bachelor's degree at the University of Luxembourg is to apply for the recognition of your high school certificate with the Luxembourg Ministry of Education; if your application is approved, then you will be given an equivalence certificate which you must upload during the online application. This is a mandatory requirement, as your application will not be processed without this certificate of equivalency. NOTE: This process may take up to 30 days. You can check the channel for the video on this process. All the best. Nuel
If the results of A levels yet to announce in August, can we apply on the basis of predicted grades, otherwise it is a waste of one year if we wait for school leaving certificate. Please reply.
As an international applicant, you must upload all your documents at the time of application. Only complete applications will be processed. So wait until you graduate. Kind regards Nuel (I am the human investor)

I'm afraid as I want my admission very badly because I want to do my further research work at a place which consist of adequate facilities.
Nobody can guess for you; only the study department and the programme coordinator can decide after your application is evaluated. So please stop waiting for guesswork and make your application first, ensuring you upload all the required documents. Please remember that before applying for a bachelor's degree at the University of Luxembourg, you will need to apply for recognition of your high school certificate. This is a mandatory requirement. This process may take up to 30 days. Check out the video on this in my channel and visit the official website of the University of Luxembourg for more information. Regards Nuel (I am the human investor)
Students are allowed to work 15 hrs. per week during school sessions. Remember that your primary responsibility is to study and not to work. It is not mandatory to live in the university dormitory; in fact, it's even oversubscribed, and students are advised to search for accommodation outside. However, you must live within Luxembourg and not in neighbouring countries if you are an international student. Regards Nuel

If you have studied with English language and graduated within the last 2 years then you don't need English language certificate, otherwise, you have to provide that. Regards Nuel
You have tofulfill ether of the two conditions: 1. University degree (Bachelor or Master level) certifying the completion of a programme in which the main language of instruction was the same as the teaching language(s) of the selected programme at the University of Luxembourg. NOTE: The graduation date of the diploma needs to be within the last two years at the moment of the candidate’s application. That is the course I studied at the university during my second master's at the University of Luxembourg. It is a fantastic course, but be ready for an intensive study time with many practical classes. Your background seems related to the programme, and you should be eligible to apply. Nevertheless, you still have to fulfil other study requirements and write a robust motivation letter. You can also contact the study programme director for the course if you'd like to. He is a great man, and he will reply to you. He is Prof. Dr. Thomas SAUTER, and his email is thomas.sauter@uni.lu. The basic requirement for a master's degree is first-degree application. Adding your master's degree is just additional information if you choose to. Even if you want to apply for a second master's, you still have to add your first-degree certificate. You must count 1 to count 2. Regards Nuel
Hello Sir, thanks for all this education. Please I will like to make an enquiry: please can someone do a top-up at the university of Luxembourg or any other university in Luxembourg with an already gained bachelors degree certificate with a “Pass” for a better bachelors degree grade in other to gain a better grade or class for his or her bachelors degree? Please I will be urgently waiting for your reply. Thanks so much 🙏🏻.
Admission is usually between Feb to april for non-EU nationals and lessons start around September each year, with only one entry. For example, the admission for the 2023/2024 academic year began Feb 2024 and ended in april 2024. Hence, the lessons for this academic year will probably start in September 2024.

@@faithemmanuel2849 There are many reasons for rejection, and if you are appealing, then you MUST show evidence that they were wrong, which is a tall order.
