Mr Nuel plz i need clarification, when you say not more than two year are you referring to when the letter was issued to me by your school or when i graduated from my school?

I will advise you to email the admission office (SEVE) before the application starts so that you will be sure before uploading any document. The university is not your personal company, okay. So don't ask that kind of question. Every institution has its standards, processes and procedures. So if you cannot meet their requirement then apply somewhere else where you can. I am not the owner of the university; I explain what the process is. Regards Nuel

Hi Neuls, I can only speak in English for my second language and I can't really speak French at all. So, does that mean I can't apply for it, also would you kindly tell me if they accept the secondary education qualification in Cambodia, as I am not sure if they do and couldn't find information related to that. @@BorethChun Firstly, you should apply to recognise your high school certificate (a mandatory requirement). You also need to provide evidence of language proficiency in the languages used in teaching the programme of interest. Regards Nuel

I just read something on the university of Luxembourg's website that students over 27years cannot work during school holiday except they are on conventional fix-contract job..how easy is it to get these jobs cuz i am over 27years..

You need to understand what that means very well. All students can work 15 hrs per week during school term but students who are less than 27 can work 40hrs per week during holiday period but those who are over 27 years cannot work 40 hrs during holidays except under that special arrangement. Nevertheless they can still work the normal 15 hrs per week for all students, so dont make it sound like they cannot work at all during holidays. If you want to know more about this, contact the university for more. But note that your primary objective is not to come and work but study. In any case after your study you will be entitled for a work permit which will allow you work as a salaried worker anyways.

If teaching language is English, but under language skills requirements is C1 English, B2 French or German is required. does that mean i need to proof for the other languages

If the course is taught only with English language then you should not see any other languages there. So pleased go back and read that properly again. Regards Nuel

Hello! I want to apply for Master en Droit European which is taught in English and French. My native languages from Mauritius are both English and French and my degree comprises of English and French modules which is clearly stated in my transcript. Do I still need to provide language certificates like Toefl or Ielts?

If you have graduated within the last two years and the language of your studied programme is the same as the teaching language of the master's you are applying for, you don't need any other language proficiency certificate; otherwise, you have to provide the proof of language certificate for all the languages used in teaching the course you want to apply for. Yes, you have to provide that, except if you graduated within the last 2 years and your degree was taught in English. However, if it is more than two years from your graduation, then I am afraid you have to provide evidence of English language proficiency, such as IELTS. Usually, IELTS academics are used for university admission. You can also email the study department for clarification or visit the university website for language skills eligibility. Regards Nuel

University degree (Bachelor or Master level) certifying the completion of a programme in which the main language of instruction was the same as the teaching language(s) of the selected programme at the University of Luxembourg. NOTE: The diploma's graduation date must be within the last two years at the moment of the candidate’s application. If this condition is not fulfilled, the candidate must deliver a language certificate (see below). 2. Internationally recognised test certificate* (no more than two years old) to prove proficiency in the teaching language(s) of the selected study programme at the University of Luxembourg. Language certificates accepted by the University of Luxembourg: Educational Testing Service (ETS): TOEFL IBT (Internet-based Test of English as a Foreign Language) TOEFL Essentials.
