So what makes HRBR special is I'd say primarily culture. There is a dedication from all the staff to delivering excellence. There's an interest there. So, it doesn't matter who you talk to in here. Each of the people has a big interest in hair. They're interested in doing a job and doing it to the best of their ability, and they don't forget the patients that come along. They're very keen to make sure people get the best experience and they're also very understanding of the emotional problems that sometimes go with hair disorders. Combined with that I think there's always a capacity, people have a desire here to learn, whether it's difficult or not, it doesn't really stop them from continuing to ask that question, is there a way we can do it better?
