@@TonyBustaroni how exactly it is a pro dictator game lol. Are you forgetting the very atrocities Castillo regime did in the game? Human experiment, corporation lies, propaganda machine, brutal millitary rule? Besides, rergarding on the ending, this is what happen to a revolutionary movement who focus themselves more into fighting than actually rebuilding its country. You left a deeply wounded society without functional institution. Yara was fucked up the moment Clara died and Dani left without any ounce of responsibility or whatsoever. This game points out the flaws on the never ending revolutionary and violence. You got the legends 67 who actually grew skeptics at how the youth downplayed the effect of the bloodbath following revolution. You got La Moral that was way too reckless before Dani showed up and Yelena got her ass handed. You got the Matanzas who were disunified without clear goals of their revolutionary movement. You got Monteros that was having a hard time to keep their support from the farmers. Your take is straight up missing the point.
"Truth or lies?" I like that Anton always ask this to people he speaks with. Because people prefer a sweet and fleeting lie than the truth that they hate to hear.
@@yourmother595 just like anton says, america had presidents like anton until they no longer needed to. Slavery, apartheid, military expansion, war crimes, fossil fuel all got america where it is
when I saw Benitez I thought the admiral was a man in fact it's a woman rather manly looking... this is the second time in far cry 6 designers play with our minds don't know why it's confusing and irritating the first time I saw Diego I thought it was a girl too effeminate looking the haircut and his face and everything
FARCRY 1 : Resident Evil mutated Island FARCRY 2 : Civil war and forest fire FARCRY 3 : Best villain and he does not care who he kills FARCRY 4 : just wait for 15-20 min , you'll get your ending FARCRY primal : let's hunt the mammoth and pet the Syberia tooth Tiger FARCRY 5 : if you mess with main Villain he would give nuke surprise FARCRY 6 : Final Boss commit suicide 😂 THE END
"The Best Villain" award should actually go to Far Cry 2. Jackal is a very well thought-out anti-villain with deep motives and an interesting philopsophy. Vaas is just an overrated deranged clown who got a limelight, because it was very trendy to make mental fuckhead villains in 2012-2013
I never realised this section for Benitez existed because, when you first meet her at the window, I used the Triador to shoot through the walls and it just killed her then and there, ending the mission!
The FC6 ending wasn’t too bad if you think about it. Look at history, when a dictators reign is over he is either tortured to death by a mob or he kills himself. Anton saw what happened to his father and decided that instead of continuing a cycle of Yaran destruction he would rather end his own bloodline.
@@viniciussurkamp6633freedom fighters/terrorists (depends on perspective) are seldom good at politics, they just know who to kill to get their leader in charge.
The best boss fight was jose castillo. I was hoping benitez would be a unique takedown but no they wrote her like some coward ass general like why i was rooting for benitez. Also i wish we could fight general raul or sth and like the ending had no actual choice yk
@@DrHydra47 it is the best far cry and at least those boss fights have value to them and are satisfying compared to literally just spraying with your mini gun
The rebels need money. Juan said that in the game. They sold them into whoever want to buy. This is just like rebellion in re life. You can't operate shit without tools and tools cost money, unless you were backed by foreign nations.
I kinda wanted it to be like far cry 5. Each of the seed family had their own fight. John had a plane and had a escape. Faith had a drug fight, so she was a bit OP. Jacob had a awesome fight first then had to snipe him in the end. Joseph had a awesome fight and the way how it ended was cool.
@ethanfullerton1620 because every mechanic far cry 4, 5, and 6 has starts with 3. So unless you're a far cry 2 fan (which is the only fans that can justifiably say 3 isn't the best) you're just those other guys thar seek "refinement" then actual originality. Hence 2 and 3 is the best. They are actual different games.
@@asscheeks3212 being different does not make them better. You're just a kiss ass for far cry 3. Far cry 4, primal, 5, new dawn, and 6 are more fun and had a better protagonist. Far cry 3 has a not so great story, an overrated villain, has crappy looking outposts and plenty of other problems. I love far cry 3 but it's far from the best
@@ethanfullerton1620nah man, not even close, 3 started these mechanics, the rest just over compensate. Plus 3 has a protagonist that actually emotes back, the rest are bland copy and paste stoics. (Saying this as a far cry 2 fan)
@@asscheeks3212 again you're a kiss ass for an overrated game. Far cry 3 is not the best. Just because it started the mechanics doesn't mean anything. How about you actually give a good reason instead of the bullcrap you're talking about
Bruh, how many times are they gonna re-use these damn illusion sequences? Like every Far Cry game since 3 has it, with just the thing that triggers it changing.
Ubisoft: far cry 3 is doing better than we expected, millions love it more than far cry 2 this is...crazy! Employee: okay, we still- Ubisoft: sshh, just put those illiusion sequences in all of the far cry games that we will make, since everybody needs to remember how amazing far cry 3 was. Employee: okay. Ubisoft: oh and i want a prequel to far cry 3. Employee: so should we change the story for far cry 4- Ubisoft: no no no, it'll be a waste....how about....6....far cry 6...cuss you know.....3+3=6....you get it Employee: no sirs, i don't get it. Ubisoft: okay it's like this, 3 far cry games and we get far cry 3, another 3 games and then we get far cry 6 (the prequel) and then another 3 games far cry 9 (the sequel to far cry 3) Employee: i sorta get it now. Ubisoft: oh and before you go, make all of our games more expensive, double the ammount, that way, we can really piss off the fans.
and he never found out about his mother maria, i think when dani leaves yara early, anton will die from his sickness and diego gets to live and there might be a chance he finds out about his mother, they also had a contract that said, maria is gonna admit it on his 18th birthday
Couldn’t the first and only cool boss that flies have stronger health? Seeing as he was a Castillo he should’ve been the final boss, defending Anton. With all of his background story I think it would’ve been successful
Actually the secret ending says that theres a "Covid" virus going on. So it is assumed that this game takes place after Far Cry 3. Or perhaps that Post Credits was a short cameo that happened during Far Cry 3.
far cry 6 happens in 2020-2021 the pandemic is mentioned but since no one is wearig masks or worried about it, its probably set in early 2021 like february when the pandemic first appeared
I don’t think that’s the case, after Jason defeated Vaas in the illusion sequence he gives the player a look right before the sequence ends and also we never found his body afterwards so my impression is he survived the events of Far Cry 3.
Uhh, the only one who's actually a boss fight is Jose, the rest of them either die in a cutscene (Marquesa dies by Thalia Anton kills himself) and the others die without posing any threat to Dani (Reyes drugs Dani but dies either way, Benítez dies with a single shot and McKay doesn't even fight you)
@@PHOENIX2001 Yes, he is, along with Pagan and Joseph. But, there's a floating theory that Far Cry 6 is set before the events of Far Cry 3 or Vaas will be revived in the Season Pass.
I seriously think this game is really great in a gameplay standpoint, but I just wish it's as optimized as fc5, fc5 rjns at 60 on my 1050ti 6 just refuses to run
Jose Castillo: ME GO ON RAMPAGE IN HELICOPPER Maria Marquessa: oh no me get shotted noo help me. El Doctor: haha me make u high and then get killed in 3 bullets. Admiral Benitez: i got hostage u can't shoot m- Sean McKay: money = i get live??
especially La moral who has no morals yelena even told Dani she would sacrifice him over the phone during one of missions In us navy seals team is backed up by every one of them not letting anyone down or behind Mission first then team Commies have no morals. Juan cortes is a profiteering former secret agent also psychopathic behaviour
It was mentioned numerous times that Yara will fall apart if Castillo goes away, Juan even asked the protagonist to spare the McKay boss since they would need money to buy the weapons for the 3 way power grab civil war between Libertad, LA Moral and the army (who are now the insurgents)
Maybe that's a glitch, but I managed to kill Benítez earlier by just sneaking into the control room after surviving PG240 and shooting her right in the face.
@Harvey Specter Yeah it was better than the endings for the last few games. 4 was my favorite, but my god were the endings bad with either Amita or Sabal becoming a dictator.
Yo why Ubisoft gotta do this Villian like that this guy is the best person to play as a villain like have y’all seen breaking bad?! So you do all this work then you face the final boss the guy on the cover the bad of bads and what does he do?! He slits his damn throat?!! Really not no epic boss battle Ubisoft fire these people and hire ones that knows how to treat a Villian the star of the whole game
@UCIiaLjy1nlMxyGd82cE0CGA I wouldn’t even be mad if his suicide actually did something or held meaning, like killing himself starts a whole other regime, and putting someone a lot worse like Vaas in power to prove his point he was the best chance for the country, but it really felt like a big fuck you to the audience
@@RojoTrueShinobi Prove a murderous dictators point that he was right? Why would that be good to do that? The guy went out like Hitler did, short of having his body burned, and his ego couldn't let his son die.
@@Bob_games103 I’m not saying it has to be that exactly, I’m saying his death should’ve actually held meaning and actually had an impact on the story and world, because that’s what really happens when anyone important of power dies, and if we’re comparing it to real life factors, realistically that wouldn’t have saved the country, shit is still happening, people are still dying, but a definite is they should’ve just did a time skip to show how the presidents death made the country better, because if it didn’t (and it didn’t) then there was no point in killing him in the first place
Coming from someone who has played every installment in he FC series, I must say I was rather dissapointed with 6. By no means would I consider it a bad game overall, but rather it is pretty much a copy of FC5 with different villains and a new location. The main goal/missions are nearly identical to previous games. I must also say I was not a fan of the ending. It didn't really pack a punch like 3 and 4. I get this may not be a popular opinion, but I would give FC6 a 5/10. Ubisoft can absolutely do better.
I think it's fair to be disappointed in fc6 ending. Just like you said, it didn't pack quite a punch or resolving anything. However, I might want to say that the ending actually goes very well with the theme FC6 tries to explore: A revolution movement is just as bad as authoritarian rule if the revolution doesn't have a good plan to rebuild the country. Throughout the game, La Libertad gave a very vague plan on how they would govern the country, it's understandable, afterall this is FC game not some grand strategy shit. Clara's explanation was just as far as "free election after revolution" while Dani just went deep into being a guerilla. When Clara died and Dani became the head of the revolutionary movement, the dream of rebuilding Yara basically fucked up, especially after Dani just left them to govern shit.
Someone who works far cry 6, i forgot their name. They said that Hurk is in another adventure. And you can find hes letter near Boom Boom i think. (Boomer from far cry 5) he said something about monkey god making him sent boomer to Yara.
