Ok, im not a gymnast, but im on my feet for my whole work shift "12hrs" thus why im watching, looking for something to help my feet/pain, ill try this every day , now ive goten a greater respect for the athletic abilities of gymnast, the toe cruching, i barely could do, it hurt honestly , i tried my best throu it, and my feet did start to cramp quickly , im hoping this helps me, being my thought is is i strengthen my feet, then work will be easier, vs super thick insoles in my work boots etc ... which i do have but not helping much Thank you
