Just saw the movie It's the dil chahata hai of this generation Just luved it.thnks for making it Some Great relevant lines from movie : "Phone niche rakho aur nazar upar uthao" "Jab tum apne sach ke kareeb aoge tabhi lpg bhi tumhare kareeb aa paenge" "Stop the comparisons, na tum jaisa air koi hai, natumhe kisi aur ke jaisa banne ki zarurat hai" " Find ur tribe.. Kyuki agar dost saath hai toh followers ki kya zarurat hai"
Absolutely beautiful film. Truly coming of age! I am so happy for Ananya Panday. She proved to the critics that she is a genuinely good actor. And of course the boys were absolutely fantastic. So so talented.
ZOYA AND FARHAN TALKING ABOUT SKLLS A MAN AND WOMEN HORNS AND SHOULD HAVE ZOYA GOOD WRITING = COMES FROM EMOTIONS AND LOOKING AT CHARACTER THOOUGHT A FEMENIN POV FARHAN GOOD EDITOR= COMES FROM A MANS BRAIN OF LOGIC AND TIMELINE MANAGEMENT AND A DEVILS MIND.. DISCIPLE IS GODS GRACE BABA.. GOOD ONE
Sorry, but about 15 minutes into the movie I lost interest! I admit as a 65 year old I do not relate to the generation the movie was about, but it seemed to make a big deal about trivial things and the body language of the characters was not relatable at all. Maybe I expected too much from the Akthar kids
Artist self congratulating themselves on their movies seems a little tone deaf. I would understand if it's a retrospective on a milestone cinema like Dil Chahta Hai... but Kho Gaye Hum Kahan is mediocre at best. The storyline has none of heart of ZNMD or Dil Chahta Hai, the acting wasn't nuanced nor the story anything special. I'm an ardent Zoya fan but this was a dud for me.
You guys need to give ranveer a chance. The Don movies officially began with big B then moved on to SRK and now its progressed to Ranveer. Its moved from generation to generation. Its only fair to have RS for the younger lot bec they're familiar with him. RS is a fantastic actor and he'll definitely bring in a newer energy. It's only fair to at least give the guy a chance
I love Malayalam cinema and truly believe they are telling the best stories in the best possible way in the country right now. Having said that, I love the movies that come out of this bunch as well. They are incredibly nuanced under the cloak of pretty aesthetics. We need all kinds of filmmaking to offer us a buffet of entertainment and social perspective even if it’s rich people’s aesthetics and soft capitalism. Sure there will be some misses on the way aka Archies.
