I only started prepping right at the start of this year and honestly in the beginning I was TERRIFIED but calmed down a lot since then. Still got a long way to go and this will be on my list I'd only seen American Faraday cages and unless you are EX military forget it, I've also tested out putting things in my microwave during the EARLY WARNING mobile test they did (what a joke)so tested it myself and it worked so that's an alternative.Building my BOB bag but as I've got epilepsy type 2 diabetes underactive thyroid my best option will be bug-in as I don't fancy logging a pharmacy for miles but I've never let ANYTHING stand in my way ... well not for long we Scots are a different breed and to all those that say 'you're not doing/saying anything', your best form of defence is SURPRISE you don't plan a murder in public after all lol and it's easier to defend yourself and your family when others don't expect it. Let them underestimate that way they're more likely to leave you alone and pass on by.

@@jholmes880 prepping is nothing to be scared of, the big us channels have some great advice but scare the crap out of folks , generally as a rule I avoid any talk of self defence or action on social media as it may be mis interperated etc

They are pricy the bags, this is 30 quid. It was a pain in the arse to cover the spectrums.

Oh, it works btw. I've tested it and tweeked it and know 100 percent it works, better than that I've shown it working but failing on other waves and corrected it.

@@Lee_Proffit about 2 hrs if being honest as I had to keep ripping it to bits to get all the spectrums covered.if it wad just to block an fm radio signal would have been 30 mins buddy

@@henryclark803 I've never tried it mate to be honest, I know this works and I've tried various methods to prove it for a small cost it will provide reasonable protection imo

Easiest way to find out, give it a wee try, put a radio in the safe and close it and if it kills the signal, then try a mobile phone. If they don't work then your all good. Insulate it and you have a proven fariday cage.
