When I first found this after years of not watching it I bursted into tears, I was happy and crying emotional tears when I found this cartoon, Christmas Comes But Once a Year and Boo Moon. These were the cartoons that my beloved late mother showed me when I was a baby, if it weren’t for her I wouldn’t be into animation. As of me typing this, I still cry cause it brings back memories but also it’s because I still miss my mom. Thanks for everything mom. 🥺

I like how lighthearted this all was. Even the cat and mouse where just sleeping next to eachother with the cat snuggling the mouse like a teddybear :D

Most of these gags are so tied to the time this cartoon was released (1941) that I'm sure most viewers today don't know who or what's being satirized...Eddie Cantor, Yehudi Menuhin, Henry Aldrich, Zasu Pitts, etc.
If in the old comedies and science fiction always put the RCA sound why in the Warner Bros cartoon (Merrie Melodies and Looney Tunes) never put this sound "RCA"?
