I want to buy a farm land/house. Is the land legal? I understand some case is going on Supreme Court to demolish some farm houses / lands. Which are these illegal ones? Which are legal ones? How far are these from Yamuna river?

I have Heard many farmhouses in 135 Noida are illegal as they belong to Air force or too close to yamuna

If agriculture land is converted to commercial land legal, then why there is condition to construct house with concrete, bricks, ?? Is this legal binding or just fashion purpose 🙄 ??

@Property Duniya. Kamal ji, there is really very big area of land being sold out for farmhouses in Sector 150 just opposite to Tata Value Homes. There have been many time bulldozer used on these farmhouses. What is the reality of these farmhouses. are they legal. Is registry possible on these. Can you make some researched informative video on this. May be this helps many
