Clarkson has raised the plight of Farmers and their (lack of) returns for all the work they do. Apart from being funny and entertaining, the whole program has informed us non farming folk of just how valuable farmers are
@@muzero2642 sure, but they grow up and dont learn. Nobody knows how crops grow, where what goes. And they have no reason to know, just as you and me dont think about the clothes we are wearing. That are probably getman waste plastic, that got reticled in india, and then turned into clothing in china. Then shipped back to Europe. So i get it, however unfortunate it might be. I milked a few cows, butchered a few pigs. And stomped on a few hay piles. So i get how hard it is to grow food, and keep animals .
@@rainlemoncome to the city and say that, or are you too scared? Social anxiety too much...not used to many people. In your little town in the middle of nowhere I'm sure everything is cool. I wouldn't talk 💩 about city people...as out of place on a farm they'd be as out of place in the city you'd be. I'm sure if we took you out of your element you'd find the things we do difficult too.
I’m on the Cotswolds not far from Clarkson and I’ve no idea what Gerald’s saying either. I’m born and brought up in Gloucestershire, so it must be an Oxfordshire strain of his accent that’s foxing me😂
I like your expressions while trying to understand what G dog is saying I can imagine the whole country watching and waiting for Gerald to show up to try to understand what this man is saying ❤😂😂
First time I have caught you lads on RU-vid. I really enjoyed it. A great bit of banter between you which is what I look for. Thank you for the invaluable work you do for everyone here in the UK. Farmers are not valued enough, it took Clarkson going on TV for people like me to see what a raw deal you guys get. Now, I buy as much as I can from our local farm shops.
I discovered Clarkson's Farm only recently. This is a great reaction. Moreso than some others, perhaps because you guys are still young and remember the days when you were inexperienced like Clarkson. So it's great to see you guys be into it.
I stumbled about it Yesterday , Had heard bof it but didnt Care for it because of Jeremy Clarkson and some of his actions, Like blowing Up Classic 2cvs. I was genuinely surprised how rooted everything seems. And its a change of Peace for sure. Also heute seems to care for what He is doing.
And welcome to the Two Crawford's Show lol. Really enjoyed this Crawford, especially as I have just finished watching the 2nd series of Clarkson's Farm. It was great to see a farmers reaction to the show, so bring on the 2nd part.
Great reaction - liked the context you gave on prices, practices etc. Also thanks for the Gerald translations. Was up your way last weekend - coming back from Newtonmore.
Awesome video Crawford, I've laughed & smiled so much, you did a brilliant job there, the two of you really bounce of each other. Looking forward to the next episode 😀
I find it amusing, that a couple young farmers from Scotland are entertained at the same things as myself, a 50yr old, non farmer, from Saskatchewan Canada.. I agree, good show. I enjoyed your video :). ps. farms here start at about 4-5,000 acres, and go up from there. bigger farms are 15,000 to 30,000 acres. Clarkeson's tractor would be good for running a lawn mower here. lol. all perspective. look forward to more of your vids
Agri goggle box..... brilliant it was just like my daughter and I watching it. Did you spot the continuity errors? In the show the calves and moo call come after the tb test but you can see calves and a moo call in the background when they tb testing. Yeah I know I ocd😀
Biggest enemies of farmers now are Politician's and Bureaucrats. Priority number one is to feed the people, leave the farmer's to just do that, and cut out the red tape.
I agree combine unloading augers should be made to match the header width so as unloading can take place without driving on the swath of straw as a standard option. Great video, very entertaining.
The two Crawford’s worked well! Good honest content. Agree some of the parts of Clarkson’s farm is staged as right after the tyre change there is a clip with him heading to hitch up the trailer with the old tyres on 🙂.
I use the local butcher for my meat, farm shop and market for veg and fruit, bakers for bread and fishmongers for my fish every week now thanks to understanding more from Clarksons farm. Takes longer every week but we need to support more farmers and local businesses. Councils and government need to loosen the rules for farmers and increases grants to help them it’s a joke
Crawford & Crawford Cracking simply cracking gents. I fully appreciate that you both work extremely long hard hours but judging by you viewer numbers a lot of folks like the idea of Crawford & Crawford, maybe you could do a once a month video together. Anywho keep up the good work.
nothing worse than the "we're going" phonecall after you've sent it the night before safe in the knowledge of a forecast rain day, I've spent some brutal days in a cab after those!!
Iam an construction engineer so i watch you the sight when things go south and i feel like i been there when things went south and now i laugh at them. i feel like you were my close friends its so strange.
Farming is a bit like construction. Indeed construction is part of farming. Both professions loathe the rain. There is only so much setting concrete that needs to be cured by the rain.
