Charles brisco chucks pistons up in a lathe but idk how he does it tho he jus did a 661 piston but i ain't looked how he gets it n lathe.

I haven't heard any of the builders happy with timing on any of the big bore kits. Maybe one of the manufacturers needs to start from scratch and stop copying bad copies. Or maybe sleave the cylinder like dyno Joe.

I agree hyway cylinders are not the best. You gotta do a lot of work to intakes and transfers to make them run good.

I just got a big bore for one of the 660's just for the hell of it... I'll probly have the same issues. What numbers are you shooting for?

Nothing I could do with the exhaust 96.5 121 76 it idles good now but it ain't no screamer I done another vid cutting with it

@J&S Chainsaw ya I saw that video. The other 660 kit I have is all the original parts and it screams with just a filter and bark box. Then I did this one with the oe cylinder and brought the lower transfers down to just before the case... I don't think she liked that! Harder than he'll to start, if it starts... and drinks fuel like I drilled a hole in the tank! I got the bb kit just because to see what I can do. Just want this one to run descent haha!
