Hi Amy! I thoroughly enjoy all of your videos, you are GIFTED when it comes to decorating! I wanted to suggest something for potting your ferns. You can fill the planter with soil first then push it up against the sides of the planter and use the nursery pot that you’re removing the fern from and push it in to create a mold. Pull the empty pot out and you can pop the fern right in. Hope it makes sense.

Your porch is huge, and it is so beautiful! I think it would be cute to add a bow around the bunny’s neck in the ribbon that you used on your wreath.😊🐰🐣

Beautiful =) I'm your Indiana neighbor & I too get about that same amount of time from my ferns. I have 4 on the front porch and one on my patio. I buy the ones that are already in hanging baskets though so I don't have to re-pot them. Walmart has some pretty ones right now but I want to wait just a couple more weeks before I buy ... & fingers crossed they won't be all gone by then! Pretty front porch, as always!

I added extension chains to my hanging baskets. Drops them down to eye level. They look so much better. They dont look like they are up against the ceiling. Just a idea for you.

Everything looks so nice. I lower my hanging baskets with either a small piece of chain or an elongated s hook. I've seen the s hooks at Dollar tree in case you're interested.

My dear grandmother had a rock garden in her back yard filled with all kids of lovely flowers and of course, that included pansies. Amy.get some chain from Lowes or Home Depot and put a length to each hanging fern ..It will make them easier to water and be more eye appealing too.

My Grandmother had two concrete planters just like that when I was young , she put geraniums in them every summer . She had a old house just like yours I just love your home so much .

We still have so much pollen here in South Carolina, I can’t wait to refresh our back patio but have to wait a little longer. Last year the deer ate all my potted flowers and some of my hydrangeas, so I’ve got to find some deer resistant plants. I love your porch decorating, so beautiful as always"

If your hanging pots are a bit high..... you can buy a length of light chain (like swag chain) at the hardware store and cut with snips to what you need, 3 links for example and use that to lower your pots.

Hi Amy, new colors of your house and shutters are beautiful !!! Your planter probably is made of concrete and your Spring porch decoration is absolutely awesome. I also love pansies and plant them in late October until April. They love cold even snowy weather, but they hate heat or strong direct sun. When the season is over I transplant them in a shady place under the trees and they last a couple extra months. Thanjs for tour video full of great ideas 🥰

Forgot to share something! E Cloths do a fabulous job on windows!!! No paper towels or windex needed. E cloth makes specific cloths for different jobs (windows/glass)...you wet one for cleaning, NO SOAP NEEDED, & dry to a sparkling finish with another e cloth. I have found that the microfiber Walmart cloths work just as well & are a lot cheaper! 1 for washing/use just water. 1 for drying...no streaks! I Launder with towels, but do not use fabric softener! TRY IT! WINDEX IN THE TRASH!!! ❤❤❤❤❤

Thank you for sharing this & I love how your daughter, home from school, helped Momma with the daffodils-w/grape hyacinths (?) to come-anyway, purple and yellow go GREAT together! Then with the addition of a delightful yellow daffodil behind her ear-how cute is that?- she knew that big white bunny 'ended' to go on the porch-and I thought she put it in the perfect spot! I once had a house with two front doors, also! They were closer together-one was th kitchen entrance and the "straight ahead" front door entered the living room. There was a nice covered porch to sit on and decorate, too. Your color choices are so fresh yet so timeless! Congrats to Mother and Daughter for a wonderful little journey to homemaking!
