Wow! These are just FABULOUS! I love every one. I think it’s a great idea to add the greenery. A lot of people would be more tempted to buy because it looks finished with greenery and they don’t have to do a thing. Adding the terra cotta pots and greenery into the terrarium was pure genius. Your prices are verrrrrrry reasonable. There would be no reason to reconsider purchasing an item....if they love it....it’s a great price....so grab it 👍 and dash to the cash register. OMG! I want that terrarium/tabletop greenhouse. The patina you created I soooooo good. I wish you shipped! But I totally get your point. It is important to maintain your balance and preserve your enjoyment on a scale you can manage without sacrificing the art of it. I know some artists who become slaves to the mechanics of operations and lose grip of the creative fulfilment aspect that fuels their passion. This said, if you want to do a test run for shipping do let me know. I adore that glass house. 🤣 Oh! And the clock looks great distressed in black! I enjoy all your transformations. You are like an object's Fairy Godmother. You buff them up and send them all to the ball in new, magical dress and fittings. 💃👸❤ Thank you for sharing your price points. I have been curious. Your range is very reasonable. The pie/plate rack is a steal for $4. Again, I am willing to be a test case for a shipping experience.

I'm painting bookshelves. I put 2 coats of the black onyx on and it was so smooth and beautiful. Then I tried using my Valspar white chalk paint. 2 coats later and I wasn't happy with it. I realized chalk paint is too expensive for big items lol. I couldn't find your Kilz so I got a gallon of Glidden Quick Cover in flat white. It's working much better than the chalk. I'm still on the lookout for the Kilz though. Thank you for your wonderful videos and willing to share so much wonderful information with us. 💖💜💖

I absolutely love watching all your videos. I've been refinishing, thrifting, and creating for a booth now for several years. You are the first youtubber that I've found that does the same thing. You inspire me when I feel like I'm in a rut or not feeling creative. I live in a mid sized city, so my prices are definitely more, but competitive with my area. Which I know you are doing with your area too. That is one tip I've given to people is to know who your clients are. Do you ever do larger furniture pieces? Have I missed those videos somewhere? I'd love to see those!

These flips are beautiful! Honestly, I have a hard time parting with money sometimes (too much time with too little money), but I wouldn't have a problem with any of your prices. I think you have some of the best pricing I've seen on flips, especially for the time you put into them. I had to go back and look over everything again to pick a favorite, but I could only narrow it down to 2. I especially love the Gather sign and the Chicks Inn. The clock comes in at a very close third. And then the washboard! lol See, too much goodness! Thanks for sharing!
