Milo looks like a clone of Devon, when he is 49 he will look like an uncanny replica of Devon, at least in terms of the face. If he stays natural it will be basically the natural version of Devon at that same age
You get those same crazy expressions that your dad is famous for. Most entertaining man in the history of the sport and one of the most entertaining sports figures period. Watching your dad compete in those WAL, Arm Wars and other league matches is a display of pure will and determination that needs no explanation. No wonder it inspires people across the world. Long live the fighting spirit of North America and the people who make it great.
I like your style Milo. I hope you get into the big leagues too. I think you'll not only do great, but your style will make for exciting matches. Friendly, intense and a great sport. God Bless.
Milo so effing tall he can lean over the whole damn table to hug his opponents, Jesus. And dude I love your competitivensss but great sportsmanship at the same time. So damn wholesome
One thing is for sure, both of Devon’s sons have all the skills sets and table IQ anyone can have at their age! They may not be the strongest in their classes. Respectfully, but they are certainly the smartest having had the legend himself teach them over the course of their life. They both have the height and bone structure to be very competitive in EvW. I am not saying they are there yet, but they are on their way. I don’t think they should dive into gear just yet. I think there is a time to do it, but just not right now. If I was in their shoes I would continue lifting weights, not just doing only arm wrestling training but I would do strength training as in full body compound movements, you don’t have to do squats, deadlifts, and bench. Yes those are the big 3 compound movements that will put strength and weight on you the fastest. But I recognize their body type, which is the same as mine. And those compound movements are not for everyone. Bench is ok, just don’t over do it. But squats and deadlifts can be fatal for tall slim guys even with the best technique and mechanics. I would definitely do leg press, leg extensions, lunges, etc to build your lower body and to put more weight on. But I would also focus hard on building your back up. Tbar rows, lat pull down, lat extensions. Dumbbell rows etc. I am just saying I would focus on building the entire body and not just pronation and bicep, hand and wrist strength. The only reason I say that is to say you will put weight on faster by doing all the other stuff. And I think the game is changing a lot, to be the world’s number 1 guy I think a person should train shoulders hard, military presses etc. Back, bi and tris forearm etc. Then once you plateau out and you find yourself not making any gains for 4-6 months and you feel like you have went as far as you can naturally. THEN, I would get with a professional someone like, Dave palumbo, or Chris aceto, or Hani rambod, and explain to them exactly what type of strength you need for arm wrestling and give them your goals, and they will SAFELY put you on a beginner cycle.. prolly start with 250mg of test cyp. And then slowly go up to maybe 500mgs of test and then over time maybe throw in a few other anabolics. But not to exceed 2000mgs total a week. But again, they will do it safely having you go and get blood work every month and will be constantly making adjustments so that things like your creatinine, and ast, and alt, and bun etc all stay in a safe range. As far as growth, I personally don’t think you need that. I am sure there are guys using it, but if you go down that road I wouldn’t ever use more then 2-4 I/u of it. But if you tell them hey, I am trying to get as strong as possible, I don’t care about looking like a bodybuilder I want to be strong in XYZ movements then that’s what they will focus on. And if you tell them but I want to be as safe as possible and use the bare minimum that I would need to get there they will also factor that in. I know some people look down on using gear in arm wrestling and I get it, but it’s like the cat was let out of the bag many years ago and it’s a competitive advantage just like someone taking in 150 grams of protein vs the guy only taking in 100 grams. It’s not my opinion it is a fact that more protein will build back tissue at a better rate by getting all the aminos that you need Lastly I would just say there is a way to do it safely! And some guys don’t need a lot. It’s been said that levan who is at the top has used 5000-6000 mgs a week of gear from some very top level people.. and I don’t doubt it. The guy went from 180 to 420 pounds Lol And no, that’s not safe in the least. That’s a very very big risk. He has wagered it all on the line to be at the top of the mountain and I respect that. But I still think you can start at around 200-250 a week and maybe at your absolute peak do no more then 2000mgs a week. In other words, stay on 200-250 a week as a normal trt dose, but when your in prep, let’s say 18 weeks you would build up to that amount at the most and then after competition go back off and get cleaned out for the next 2 months. Cycling on and off is by far the safest way of doing it. I know I am rambling I apologize but I just wanna see you guys go to the top one day. And I am at work and had nothing better to do Lol God bless
I imagine both are gonna be elite level and problems worldwide in their divisions given a few years of training and muscle building both so young in the sport of armwrestling where that dad strength excels
