The thing is, Igor, Pushkar, all the Europeans were so sure they would smash Devon. Pushkar and his trainer mocked Devons "chicken arms". This victory was a shellshock at the time
Fuckin' mafia of armwrestling made by that little sh*t Igor. I remember Igor asking Dave Chaffee when he faced Levan on why he lost to Michael Todd, not directly saying that Michael Todd was pathetic, smh.
@@YFun-ux5rs it’s always been a thing that people think Devon was afraid to pull Europeans so for him to destroy pushkar like this is really impressive
That was EPIC! wow. Pushkar couldn't gain any ground here. Rough day. It's amazing when the guy knows he has the match and yet the other guy struggling his a** off to no avail. Pushkar is crazy strong and Devon manhandled him.
Larratt is probably the mentally toughest and best thinking puller competing right now. It will be interesting to see how his match with Saganishvili plays out.
There is a similar vibe leading into the ermes match than there was the pushkar match. Devon is very respectful of ermes but has a confidence and level of health we havent seen since this pushkar match. It could look very similar potentially.
@@jonesy77777 it would be awesome, I think Ermes will win but Im mostly rooting for Devons since even though he is respected he is techinically the underdog from what people think.
This is one of the best super matches of all time. Pushkar was a beast. This was skinny Devon too, using great wrist & hand positioning and strength to defeat a powerful toproll.
The point of this fucking fight guys it's not brutal strength, it's endurance, practice, dedication and more than eversthing technique ( no king of the shitty table). This match is a masterpiece
Pure domination. Idk how this match gets swept under the rug and people never remember he annihilated the top Eastern guy who was considered the "best in the world"... Best showing & especially after he was making fun of Devon's "chicken arms".
please someone post the final score, was it 5-1 to devon? Also Devon's rising kept the match in the center, really tested Pushkar's cupping. IMO Devon outlasted Pushkar and made it look easy in the later rounds. The Can opener without the strap was the final cherry on top.
Bro, imagine you homeboy and you look up at 3:02 and you just see Devon like "No man. No. Not this time. No" Would just absolutely destroy you mentally.
1. You see with these videos that Devon never changed in his behavior and face expressions while and after arm wrestling (just look Genadi match, same expressions). 2. You also see that he learned a lot from Travis.
😂😂 still hurt from Saturday? This is what happens when you are overpowered by much, like with Levan and Denis. And go watch 2018 right arm, when Denis threw him out of the table with bad positioning. You may understand somethings.
He would've, don't be delusional. Denis was pinning Devon even on the right hand during their sparring before the match in 2018. No one except maybe prime Levan can compare to prime Denis.
But this Devon was a fice times more strogest of This weak and sad Devon vs Cyplenkov of the 2017. This Devon i wish fight with this cyplenkv f the 2017. And that cyplenkov of 2017 was a pure steroids too. After to Hospital. True story. Great Devon this year.
