Epic fantasy landscapes of Faroe Islands Video by Toni Lekic Music by BrunuhVille - Lumina Starring Cathy & Toni 2017 • Fantasy Music - Lumina - BrunuhVille
Wonderful! Beautiful! Although I live in Croatia, in a city close to some 200 small islands, I can say that Faroe islands are more magnificent in their beauty than any croatian island, indeed.
Toni, incredible quality video! Honestly I had to watch more than one times! Keep up the good vibes! Earned my sub for first hit ;) (a fellow "filmmaker")
Hi I see you guys had DJI Mavic Pro. How did it cope in gusts and windy places. I am visiting Faroe Islands this summer with Mavic Pro. Also how many days did you spend there. Thank you
Hi! Mavic is amazing (at least mine), we were on Iceland aswell, wind were brutal strong - Mavic survived. As well as rain (it was completely wet couple of times) - I could say is "waterproof". So yes: extreme wind and rain - no problem. only thing you have to watch out is sand and dust. I mean if you start Mavic on the sandy beach than always from the hand, but please watch out your fingers!
Hi Pavlos! I shot it with mavic pro. yeah, wind was brutal... and I was scared here and there... but no risk no fun. On Iceland mavic was completely wet to... but survived

Virtuosity Toni Great to know! Yeah, I'm more of a traditional photographer, but since I decided to go to the faroes in August, I'm really considering buying the Air! 😉
Epic footage. I just came back from the snowy Faroe Islands on my motorcycle, and it was a lot less green! xD So should you like to see me freeze my Netherlands off, check out the channel!
The Faroe Islands maintain a tradition of whale killing and I would urge anyone thinking of Visiting the Faroe Islands to reconsider. The whale killing must stop.
To Hans, your response fails to address the abhorrent and inhumane practice of whale killing. It is often the case that the morally bankrupt often result in avoiding the rationale of an argument or proposition by diverting attention from the issue at hand and attempting to turn the table on the matter in question. Yet they fail to realise in their own small and bigotted minds that two wrongs never make a right. So, to what ever cleaning of my house that you suggest that I must attend to, doesn't in the least justify the repugnant killing of these magnificent creatures. Why people wish to cling to such barbaric traditions is beyond me. It merely demonstrates what an unreconstructed savage mindset one has. As a species, we need to subsume and do away with our primitive killing streak if we are to embrace the 21st century and evolve with a more caring and empathetic mindset. Savagery, where ever it occurs can never be justified nor allowed to go unchallenged.
