It also applies to the ones who got married to residents of J&K but weren't granted the same rights. The same goes for daughters of J&K residents who lost their residency rights once they were married outside the state, something which he reversed. He also has expedited the process of reclamation of the looted properties of Kashmiri Pundits. So yes, while the BJP didn't do enough but they're wayyyyy better than Congress which not only shielded these horrible rioters but also promoted them through their ranks.
