I am wearing mine while watching your review. I have mine on the MFK Teal strap. There's no contest between the Teal and the black strap. I have had this watch for about a month and worn it every day except for about 4 days. I never spend $500 on a watch unless it's a vintage Citizen or Seiko automatic chronograph. This watch is gorgeous. I have been looking for a rubber hot pink strap but that strap Habit pink I think works too. I think I'll order that. I can pull it off. I'll be walking down Huntington Beach pier on a hot day with this watch and pink strap on my wrist with my gorgeous wife and adorable daughter, yeah I can pull it off. Lol. This watch should NOT be worn with a black strap, in my opinion. This is a fun colorful watch that deserves to be worn on a warm, colorful Spring or Summer day with a bright Teal or Pink strap. If a third is made, Adam already has my money. I am a sale. Just keep the colors neon. Maybe add other neon colors. My 1975 Citizen Bullhead Chrono hand is neon orange and it looks amazing on the watch dial. Adam, you and your team did an amazing job and this watch is worth EVERY PENNY. If there is anyone out there with the first Vice watch who wants to sell it, I would be interested. Maybe Rob, if willing, could be the intermediary. Anyways, great review on a beautiful watch. And thank you Rob for help pushing Adam to make these watches a reality. My other watches have been so lonely...lol.
Massive missed opportunity to not have the grid on the watch face lumed. Would have looked so amazing at night if that part was also lumed. Could even try and have a pinkish glowing lume and the green one could have had green lume.
We have made 100 of them. If we sell out and people really want more we may make another batch, but we would be more likely to make a new version as well.
