Clearly you like punishments but you also like games, so how about whenever someone loses a warehouse Wednesday challenge the prize money, whatever that is that week, goes into a pot that keeps stacking up until someone wins the pot of gold at the end of the warehouse...? You'd have to increase the level of difficulty for it to be a good incentive, but that always makes for good content.
